A small story by 4 year old abirami. A fascinating world of imagination

Story about a rabbit and porcupine who are friends. Rabbit always plays with the porcupine rolling on it's sharp thorns. But porcupine always sees to that it doesn't hurt it's friend. One day a little girl comes and takes away the rabbit as her pet. Porcupine though sad finds another little rabbit and dresses it as it's old friend and becomes close to it. Suddenly an ant comes into the picture. But what role does he have? Well it's just for fun

This an instant story spun by four year old Abirami (my granddaughter) Story has interesting descriptions about jungle. It logically explains the suffering of animals because of a bad crocodile. She finds a funny solution to correct the behaviour of the bad crocodile. The free flow of words and events visualised then there , the beautiful narration style all will make you enjoy it as i did. this story is about a king who is strong intelligent and talented in so many arts. The events take their own twists and turns as the imagination of a four year old travels. The descriptions of each character and the background things like a golden tree which has jewels of all rare gems the description of designs on her saree ,the cautious eye for details expressed in the portion where the queen leaves silently in the night she carefully removes her anklets made me gasp in surprise for her imaginative skill as and when she developed the story. Hi. I am Rajeswari Neelakantan. This is my attempt on narration of Ramayana with my dear little Granddaughter Abirami listening and interacting with me through. She is three years old. And already an ardent follower of Ramayana in all form. She loves Ramayana so much so that she made her dear father Arvind Neelakantan ( the doodler of the famous Abirami and daddy in FB and instagram) to create dolls of rama Seetha Lakshman Surpanakha and Hanuman and plays with them just like how other kids play with barbies and the likes. Her day starts and ends with at least one ramayana episode told. It can be her breakfast time or bathing time or bedtime. So the idea to record my ramayana time with her struck me one day and here i am publishing it through Anchor. I enjoy her questioning of intricate details and value additions with her lateral analysis of the story. I hope you all may enjoy them too. This episode starts with Rama's birth and continues with gurukulam and entry of Viswamitra Rishi. The recording was done while feeding her breakfast. So please bear with some noise intrusions.
