As we kickoff the 2022 year, we'll talk briefly about our new annual ministry theme, EVERY, and we'll talk through a short introduction on what servant leadership really is from an excerpt from Rory Vaden, author and business leader. Our next episodes to come, we'll continue to dive into what servant leadership looks like played out in our day to day life.

In this episode, we sit down with Head Baseball Coach at Belhaven University, Kyle Palmer, and talk about how God is faithful to us when we are fully present and engaged in our relationship with Him and others, which leads to the real keys of success.

On this episode we wrap up our 4 episode series on our Annual ministry theme and we discuss Pursue Mission with our region's FCA International Advancement Coordinator Swayze Waters. We'll talk about God's heart for the world, and our purpose in His calling to live on mission.

Coaches and athletes all need to understand that they can't accomplish their goals alone. The power that comes with having a team of people surrounding you and motivating you to achieve your goals is simply unmatched. Just like in sport, the same level of accountability can be applied to our walk with God. We need to be surrounded by the right people to help encourage us, equip us, challenge us, and hold us accountable to this life pursuit of Godliness.

In the next element of our annual ministry theme, Pursue Life, Alex Foust and Shane Bennett of Central MS FCA discuss what exactly it means in scripture and our daily life to Pursue Life in Christ as a coach.
