Flow is considered one of the optimal states of human consciousness and claims to produce high creativity, optimal performance, deep engagement, and happiness. This also happens to be true for group flow. Studies show that groups that find flow have more effective team performance, greater innovation, and higher workplace satisfaction and engagement.
