Breathe Into the Unknown Podcast is for individuals that want to sketch a new blueprint for a better, easier and more mindful way to navigate life.As a therapist who evolved to a Certified Coach, I have heard many stories—but it wasn’t until I faced a difficult transition of my own, that I gained a true understanding of what it means to let go and to forgive. This gave me a unique professional lens to provide clients an Holistic approach when faced with certain challenges of the unknown. We all come to forks in the road where we are faced with a choice: we can either choose to be held captive trapped in anger and fear; or we can realize that these pivotal moments in the unknown can be the most transformative of our lives if we let them.I do not pretend to have all the answers, but I can offer this weekly Podcast with insightful and inspiring conversations with experts, professionals, spiritual advisors, friendships and real-life stories. I am so excited to see where this journey takes us. So download and tune each week, take a breath and begin to breathe into your unknown.

A Mindful Reminder On this week's episode of "Breathe Into the Unknown", I share about a moment that I was reminded to practice what I preach! It awakened me as I realized I needed to pause and take a deep breath. I remembered that, wherever we might be on our journey, during good times and bad, we have to practice pausing and breathing. We hear the word “mindfulness” often in today’s culture. But do we really understand what it means? Being mindful is not just a word; it’s a way of life. It is more than simply being able to attend to the present moment. True mindfulness requires us to constantly consider where we are and what we’re doing. It requires us to acknowledge everything around us that pulls us out of the present.Believe me, I know. Being mindful is not easy.I mean, how do we keep ourselves from becoming overwhelmed by our daily thoughts? I refer to this as the “noise” in our minds.Although I am actively on a journey to live a mindful life, I am far from done! And when I get overwhelmed with—well, life… I need a reminder, too. Breathe Into the Unknown Podcast FacebookBreathe Into the Unknown Podcast Instagram And to make you or someone else smile....Shop Just Breathe, where my professional work meets my passion for creativity.
