Josh is working as an intern with the head strength and conditioning coach for the basketball team at Wake Forest University. We discuss programming, S&C philosophies, team dynamics, and offer advice for young athletes. In this episode, we discuss Tyler Smith's summer internship as a Tactical Strength and Conditioning coach with the US Army. Through his internship, Tyler was able to gain valuable experience of methods and systems used to train and coach tactical athletes. We discuss his experience and some highlights from the summer.
