We could all use a dose of good vibes during times like this. Hence we’re sharing with you 13 ways on how to maximize your time and energy while you stay at home for the time being. Let me tell you, Regina Angela Silva, the one who creates the illustrations and captions, does a tremendous job! So for today’s episode, it is inspired by the viral and hilarious comic strip from Real Life Reg titled, “How to make the most out of Community Quarantine.” Please support her and her works as she is really brilliant at what she does.We Filipinos are resilient and we will never allow this invisible enemy to beat us. We will be victorious! But in order for that to happen, we have to keep washing our hands, getting more sleep, taking our vitamins and do everything in our power to avoid big crowds and gatherings.

At the end of the day, when we win over those troubling thoughts, and when we start silencing them, it becomes a win for us and a win for our relationships.
