Bring on the love. Don't hate others because of skin color or sexual orientation. Discriminate on their bad character or horrible manners. Let's make a great world.
Compliment your people. Cut out those you can't work with. Get your team up and moving.
Write your desires down on paper. Read it morning, noon and night. Add and change them as you need. The power of focusing your subconscious will drive you to those goals.

DIET, exercise and sleep the holy Trinity of health. Less meat and processed foods (none is best), aerobic exercise, and 7 to 8 hours of sleep is the way to better health and longevity. I even propose a more prosperous you.
