This debut episode introduced the concept of healing and letting go by lessons learned gardening. Its about taking personal responsibility, doing the hard work and improving your emotional well-being. We discussed self love, self compassion self forgiveness and determination and how vision boards are a good tool to use for planning. We introduced brain power and will focus more on how to maximize the subconscious.
