What does the Christmas story teach us about God? Why did He come to a "Nowhere" place? And why did He come to "Nobody" people? And why did He come as an unnoticed treasure? Phillips Brooks wondered the same thing and wrote a beautiful poem while reminiscing about his Christmas Eve experience in Bethlehem. What can we learn from this song?

What is joy and how is it different from happiness? This wonderful song by Isaac Watts was never meant to be a Christmas song, and it can teach us much about some of the keys to living a joyful life.

As we enter in the Christmas season, we will hear many songs. Some are meaningful but not biblical. Some are neither biblical or meaningful. But some are both! And we sing some f these songs in church on Sunday. The world hears these songs echo through the lobbies of malls and airport terminals. Let's talk about some of these songs as a way of renewing our focus on the correct meaning of Christmas.

What is God's Will for our lives? It's actually easier to know than what you may think. And it's also a lot harder to accomplish than what you may think!

Is the Christian life victorious? And if it is, how so? In this parable Jesus lays out the reality of a life on earth where the Kingdom will never work as it is intended to work. It will never act in the way it was intended to act. So what IS the reality of trhe Christian life and living as a Kingdom dweller on earth?

What is sin? How does it affect our relationships, and how are we then healed?

How do we live a life without hurting others? How do we forgive others when they hurt us? We need more Faith, right? Not so fast. Jesus says we need more obedience.
