How will COVID-19 continue to impact the local economy in 2021? KAAR’s Governmental Affairs & Policy Director Hancen Sale interviews Dr. Marianne Wannamaker, an associate professor of economics at the University of Tennessee, about the potential short term and long-term effects in our region.

On Friday, November 13, the NAR Board of Directors approved a package of recommendations concerning the Code of Ethics’ applicability to discriminatory speech and conduct. KAAR CEO Lyle Irish, 2020 President Jim Oakley, President-Elect Shannon Foster-Boline, and Treasurer Marian Epps discuss the implication of the changes to the Code of Ethics and its applicability to KAAR members.

This September marks six years since the kidnapping and murder of Arkansas REALTOR® Beverly Carter, but her legacy lives on through the Beverly Carter Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to REALTOR® Safety.
