The mornings are such an important time to meditate and express gratitude. We have the ability to harness peace in the morning that will carry us through the day. Grounding ourselves in the present moment as the day begins brings in added clarity and appreciation for the world around us.
In this audio I am specifically choosing to pay attention to the sensations in our immediate environment and in our bodies. Mindfulness meditation is all about drawing attention to how we feel, both emotionally and physically. Focusing on the internal and external stimulus around us brings a sense of calm into our lives, by enabling us to slow down our thoughts and fully appreciate what exists in the present moment.
In this first episode I am doing a guided evening meditation. Evening meditation is all about surrendering to the challenges we may have faced internally or externally during the day allowing us to invite peace into our minds as we move in to the night and into sleep. The best time energetically to practise evening meditation is just after the sun has set, but you can listen at whatever time suits you.
