Not Crazy But Far From Sane

This episode concludes season one of "Not Crazy But Far From Sane". A whole year has passed and I'm more than ready for season two! Enjoy this brief episode on some of the highlights over the year. 

Life has me so busy lately! From my internship position to online classes to life in the backyard. It's never a dull moment. I've been gardening, pond-learning, and growing all sorts of fruits, vegetables, and herbs.  Pepo; noun: "any fleshy, watery fruit of the melon or cucumber type, with numerous seeds and a firm rind".  *The pepos I'm growing: cucumbers, yellow squash, spaghetti squash, and zucchini.

It's been over a month. I went to Naples, Florida, for the most gorgeous wedding. Flights. Gardening. Matcha. It's not until about 4:20 when I start speaking like a person who is fully awake; if you can't handle the me waking up part skip to 4:20 ;) 

It's my 10th episode! I discuss my seasonal depression and the tales of last October. 

Relationships tested! When friends are no longer a safe space to share what we're going through. Jim? Justin? Whatever. Boundaries crossed and lies told.  *When I say, June 20th, I mean September 20th. Thanks for being cool about the name-switch and rolling with it. 

My contempt for authoritative figures began at a young age. It all started with a Librarian accusing me of lying. The map of my mind took off with this topic and opened up conversations that seemed random but I think it's all relative. Everything is connected somehow. 

I continue sharing my journey with magic mushrooms and the aftermath of those trips.  

This episode marks the beginning of sharing my experience(s) taking shrooms.  From microdosing on a camp trip to fully tripping three years later at a music festival.  Enjoy the honest perspective of someone who completely embraces the effects of psilocybin.  Side note:  I promise moving forward that my dogs paws/ nails will not be featured throughout an episode.  I am publishing this despite the tapping sound because this was my third attempt at recording part-one due to the dog sounds.  Oy.  

This episode continues discussing life in Arizona, post divorce. Plus, the move back to Texas that I thought was happening with my then-boyfriend. Spoiler: He did not move, but I had already took all of his belongings with to Texas.
