Chefsache – der GZ-Podcast

In unserer 31.

Welcome back to your two favorite girlies!! Today we have an incredible guest, Brittany Babura! She is on today to talk ALL things Fascia.   Maddy has been really interested in learning about fascia and how it truly connects our entire body, and she wanted to bring more attention to it for the audience to learn just how much control you have over your health as well!   We seriously had such a great conversation with Brittany, we hope you guys enjoy it as much as we did.    About our guest: Brittany Babura is a nervous-system–informed fascia educator and content creator who explores healing through the lens of the body, not just the mind. After experiencing her own nervous system collapse and burnout, she began questioning why so many people struggle to feel safe, regulated, and at home in their bodies, even when they're doing "everything right."   Her work focuses on fascia, the nervous system, and the lived experience of stress, trauma, masking, and chronic tension. Brittany is especially passionate about reframing healing as a process of listening and responding to the body rather than pushing through it. She shares education and insights that help people feel less shame and more connected to their own internal signals.   You can find Brittany here:  TikTok: @bmorgan190 Instagram: @fasciawithbrittany_ YouTube: @brittanymorgan4678 Shop our favorites here!   Maddy's favorite redlight here and save: https://tinyurl.com/kindahot-hooga  Maddy's favorite Matcha brand:  https://tinyurl.com/kindahot-matcha  Maddy's favorite makeup: https://tinyurl.com/kindahot-subtlbeauty    Message Ali MOMBUTT to get the mom butt guide or AUTOPILOT to get the meals you can make on autopilot    Find Ali here on  instagram:https://www.instagram.com/aliwagnercoaching/     Find Maddy here on instagram: https://www.instagram.com/maddymartinez.coaching?igsh=M3djYWY5YWltYzE%3D&utm_source=qr   Make sure to subscribe so you don't miss an episode and send us your health / relationship / life / just need advice on, submit your questions here: https://bit.ly/KHKH-ask-my-question   Find us on all streaming platforms here, including the full video experience on our YouTube channel

Or are you paying premium prices for lead-contaminated powder that's been sitting in a warehouse for years? Dr. Christian Gonzalez tested 12 popular matcha brands, uncovering which ones deliver real health benefits and which are glorified green food coloring. The problem: Most "ceremonial grade" matcha on shelves doesn't meet Japanese standards, and some brands contain heavy metals, artificial colors, or oxidized powder with minimal antioxidant activity. In this episode, Dr. G reveals: • The single most important factor that determines matcha quality (hint: it's not the price tag) • Which high-end brands failed testing and which budget options actually passed • The 3-part freshness test you can do at home before buying • Why the country of origin matters less than you think • His top matcha picks that combine purity, potency, and value Timestamps: 0:00 - Intro 1:06 - Why matcha quality matters: benefits vs contamination risks 2:40 - Marketing claims that mean nothing: ceremonial grade, organic, sourced from Japan 3:54 - Investigation results: 51 companies never responded 5:11 - Top matcha brand #1 8:16 - Top matcha brand #2 10:32 - Top matcha brand #3 11:33 - Why EGCG testing matters for actual health benefits 12:34 - Top matcha brand #4 14:22 - Final verdict Learn more about your ad choices. Japón: Popularidad del té matcha afecta precios y producción

Enfoque internacional

A confrontation with the Hexcloak Commander, whose ominous air suggests dire motives. A conversation with the living god of metal, whose curious mind pries into their own. A conflict with an ancient draconic mole, whose thunderous anger threatens the city of chains. Antistrophe Landrace, Bronte Adelvys, and Caoimhe Wake have faced all of this and more during their stay in Cenn. And yet, for now, they've remained to help the city—now blocked off from the rest of the world by a massive sphere of pure iron—as it rebuilds from the dragon's earth-shaking attack. A city as great as Cenn can recover, but it needs more than time. People need healing. Structures need mending. Fearful spirits need to be calmed.  But mysteries abound. Where is Kley Kaina? What is the sourcerot? How are the hexcloaks involved? Lost, they turn to a pair of surprising allies. Johnny Cakes and Jimmy Cones. Mango Chili Chutney. Pineapple Basil. Matcha Sesame Brittle. Mango Habanero. Lavender Lemonade. Coconut Lime Sorbet. Lemon Basil Sorbet. Beetroot Ginger Swirl. These are the leading flavors of Cakes and Cones Ice Cream this year. Sold and delivered across Cenn by the Dessert Brothers' team of noble White Caps, whose confectionary comportment gives them access to the lowest of gutters and the highest halls of power. Perhaps these ice cream boys will have the perspective that team ABC needs to crack their investigation wide open. Or, perhaps, the clue is closer than that, mixed in with the dairy and the fruit and the flavor extract and the sugar, buried in the tasty, tasty cream itself.  This week on Perpetua: In Too Deep 01 Perpetua Guide [In Progress v.055] Some Feedback [Page 25 of 27] Doom_Tree_Anne What do you think every party member's favorite flavor of Ice Cream is? Personally, I think Veile likes Mango Chili Chutney and Elena likes Mango Habanero. For obvious reasons. CarlsJr The best flavor is chocolate. Doom_Tree_Anne But chocolate isn't on the list of available flavors from the Desert Bros., which is actually FASCINATING because of the lore implications. It suggests one of two things is true: Either the people of Cenn (or perhaps the Elevana League, or even the whole Eastern Continent) don't have a taste for it (which is hard to believe!), OR they don't have access to the cacao plant, which would mean no chocolate. In fact, the inclusion of TWO mango flavors might suggest that the flora of Perpetua is more closely tied to that of the Indian Subcontinent and the rest of Southeast Asia. I visited my grandmother in Indonesia when I was on summer break between high school and college, and she had a HUGE mango tree in her back yard! XxZelgadyskXx That's really cool Anne, but remember, Elena did mention chocolate in the marshmallow scene! :3  Anyway, I think Antistrophe probably likes the Matcha one. I haven't had it, but I looked it up and it looks green and healthy, and he seems like someone who takes care of his body in that way. And I think Jonathan would do the Pineapple Basil. I don't know why, I just do.  TheUnforgivenIII Sorry Doomtree, we don't really have a good answer for this. Maybe if Nei actually kept this FAQ updated like it was SUPPOSED TO BE then we'd know what all the flavors do and what the the best ones are for each character. TheDiamondRanger I read in a preview that all the flavors get randomized when you start the game, so that doesn't make sense. Alukard83 I think that's only for Nicky's abilities. Anyway, Bronte likes the most expensive flavor for sure. And I think Unforgiven doesn't like getting any dessert at all because he's always so rude!
