Archer and I talk about the week (at the end of January). There was a school shooting scare that ruined Archer's plan to make money at school organizing a card game. Jon and Archer's basketball team successfully lose games and have a great time. Marsha Maughan tells us about her year of celebrity when she met French skier Jean Claude Killy in the states the year after he won 3 gold medals in the 1968 Olympic games. What really happened? You'll have to guess what happened the 3rd time. We all got fooled. Elisabeth gives a Golden Chair award to someone in the family and Jon and Archer wordsmith a joke that Jon wrote.

Our neighbor, Wayne Boillat, joins us at our big table to tell us about the business of being a veterinarian. Wayne gives some advice for students and people that are interested in a career working with animals and talks about the human animal bond. Elisabeth stamps out another Golden Chair Award.
Sara and Jon learn to solder and repair headphones. But, then an iPad is dropped. Archer reassures Sara that it can be fixed, just as he fixed his iphone. Gregory joins Our Big Table to play 20 questions. Elisabeth gets the Golden Chair Award delivered on time.
Here is the first "What Really Happened" segment from Our Big Table. Uncle Darrel tells us about his rebellious youth when, in the spirit of the times, he led a small band of protesters. You'll have to guess what the outcome was for this courageous young instigator. Hint: it all worked out pretty well for Darrel. Two Golden Chair Awards are given out as we try to make up for lost time. And, one of the awards goes to a most deserving individual. So, listen up, young grasshopper!
