In this world, we are always told what we should look like, what we should weigh, what we should be, who would should be like, what degree we should have! Its like we duplicate everything. What if everything is the opposite of what it appears to be? Have you ever considered that there is only one you, one lifetime in this body!  What if you didn’t have to compare yourself to anyone else ever again? What if you never had to compete with anyone ever again? What if you could just be you?  What would you choose? I never thought it was possible to be happy being me! And I am! What a gift? Are you willing to receive you in totality with kindness and nurturing? What if you valuing and being you is the very presence that changes everything in your life?  

Most of us don’t realise how aware we are, we become aware of a feeling, thought, idea or emotion and straight away we think it is ours! We forget to ask who does this belong to?  Is this mine of someone else’s? Lately my awareness has expanded so much, and I forget that I am not my awareness. If its not light and joyous its not you! I totally forget this line! What would it take for you to know how aware you are and know you are so potent you can change anything thats not working for you? What else is possible with your awareness? What if you were to use your awareness to create instead of using it against you? Sometimes we don’t have to do anything with our awareness! Its ok just to have it! What if awareness is the gift?  Have you ever considered this possibility?  Lets get ready to use our awareness to create a life of ease!  

Sometimes we don’t get the change we are looking for fast enough, and it feels like nothing is changing! What if in this place your old life that was unease is starting to fall apart?  And this space is the space that allows the universe to gift you what you asked for! Well are you willing to wait! Imagine leaving or giving up just before the Universe can show you that there is magic and another way to live! And that way to live is a gift of life that has more ease and more joy, more time for you and more freedom for you to choose! Sometimes things take time and you will get to a place that you know the Universe has your back and it is listening to you!  You cannot force into existence that which must come of its own volition.  Wait and trust that right now your choice is creating your future, and every time you choose to come out of judgement and be kind to you the universe winks its eye at you and your future!  Are you ready to commit completely to you and your future, no matter what! What else is truly possible? Universe show me that life of ease? Please?  

This week my beautiful friend Tom Galligan and I are going to talk about living with awareness and being the the elements of intimacy in your life.  Tom and I met at my first Access class nearly 3 years ago.  We both have been through massive change since coming to Access.  In fact we are completely different people now to what we were when we first met. Tom’s partner Lisa recently passed away and to me he is living breathing all the 5 elements of intimacy, trust, allowance, gratitude, honour and vulnerability.  Tom is one of my favourite people on the planet and it is refreezing to see this conscious man in action.  To be in his presence is so nurturing and just is a space for my body to heal. This week I will talk about demonstrating consciousness, this for me means changing peoples realities by being me and showing that kindness exists and it is true.  Living with ease is the greatest invitation to people and stepping away from lies everyday be it with money, my body and in relationship. Consciousness includes everything and judges nothing.  Are you willing to be that for you?  My friend Tom lives this by being him, are you willing to be that space on this planet? Conscious Living  

This weeks show is about being present as we ask a question! Recently I have seen a lot of people drive themselves crazy with questions ( I also did this) lol.  In this loop there is no presence with the body or the question! I remember one time running processes at infinitum and not really being present with the question!  So this week lets take a look at the difference when we are present with our body and with what is, and not judging our life or our money situation even if it is a pile of poo!! And in this place of allowance, the willingness to ask a question What else is possible? even if you don’t know exactly what you would like to have in your life! Gary says we have to go shopping for a life that works for us!  The more awareness the more choice becomes available to us, lets walk towards our phenomenal life!! I just love living as the question, in this space I am reassured by this amazing planet that it always has my back and always looking to gift me whatever it is I ask for! What else is truly possible for our living, our world and our planet?  

This week I am in a space of being aware that every choice I make is creating my future. Its so funny, I know the energy of joy, ease and magical living, so now when I’m choosing I ask is the energy of my phenomenal life, piece of crap life or mediocre life, or me just dying. I am really in the tool of if I choose this what will my life look like in 5, 10, 15 yrs? I don’t always choose what’s light and expansive for me and that’s ok too, I change it pretty quick if its super heavy! (lol) I see now that every choice we make creates either opens the door to a future I never thought possible, or it opens the door to the future that doesn’t excite me. My amazing friend Diva Diaz is just so amazing at asking questions and looking and showing me the energy of phenomenal living! Diva has got some awesome kick ass information on creating life, living and business. She has an ease with staying and being the question that I don’t often see. She doesn’t jump to choice, she just follows the energy. Last week we went to an antique store, it was so much fun to watch Diva being in question, choice, possibility and contribution with everything! She shows me the ease of living and being the energy of opulence! Is this the type of life you are interested in creating? Are you aware that Every Choice you make Creates Your Future!! If you choose fear, then the choice of what is possible beyond that fear, is not available to you! And guess what you create more of what you choose! So what we are doing is what we are choosing! Mmm who knew?   In Access we talk about Fear being a Distractor! In other words it distracts you from YOU, BEING YOU! What if fear is just a trick to stop you from choosing for you? Have you ever considered that? What if every fear that shows up in our lives is a possibility to go beyond that fear and create greater than what we thought was possible? False Evidence Appearing Real!! I am starting to see that when you are even willing to see fear and destroy and uncreate everywhere you make it real and true your awareness is the space to choose something different and also if you do choose to be in the fear for 10seconds its ok, because guess what consciousness is like a bus if you miss one another one will come along! This amazing planet is never choosing to punish us, it is a loving nurturing presence always willing to gift us another opportunity to change what is not working for us! How cool and caring is that? I just love awareness and choice! What would it take for us to live our whole lives from Question, Choice, Possibility and Contribution! What would it take for us to live as the infinite being and possibility we truly be? What would it take for you to see the gift you are to this planet? What else is possible beyond what we thought possible?  

Welcome to 2015! This week as we head into the new year, I am looking at all the ways where we settle for surviving! Are you done with just surviving? Would you like to thrive? Thrive with your amazing body, thrive in your finances and thrive in your relationships and business? We have been gifted a life by this amazing universe, have you ever asked yourself would the universe like you to survive or thrive? What else is possible in 2015? How much ease joy and glory can we create? How much are you willing to drop your barriers and live beyond what this reality defines as life and living! This week I am going to talk about doubt and how it can stop you from creating your phenomenal life, your living and your creations!  Doubt is the biggest block in the way of you committing to you and your happiness. What if doubt is a complete and utter lie that you have been buying as true! Are you willing to go beyond the limitation of doubt and commit to you no matter what? Even if it takes the rest of your life to get you in totality? In Access we always say the truth is light for you and a lie is heavy! When you are aware of the word doubt in your world is it heavy or light for you? And would you be willing to ask a question and another question to have a different possibility in your life? If you didn’t have doubt what could you choose? Are you now willing to look at doubt and just laugh, and say watch me! Receiving Rachael! Receiving You!! Is it about time to get out of the judgement of you and step into gratitude for you? Do you judge you as never good enough no matter what you do? Are you just never enough! Do you criticise you in your self-talk?? What if you could receive you with complete allowance and kindness and not judge you?

So this weeks topic unfolded when I realised my past points of view and reference points were like chains dragging me back! So are you aware that your mind always references the past in order for you to not to choose different? The only thing that can bind you to the past if it you stick yourself in the belief/thought and stay in it! I am so grateful for the tools we use in Access! This week show is about busting the lies of the mind. I was talking to a friend today and I said to him whats going on in your head? He told me his thoughts and I said you do know your thoughts are a load of lies and if you choose to believe them and keep them a secret they will hurt you. He looked at me and responded saying I know my mind has millions of lies and it is totally crazy. Gary Douglas says your mind is a dangerous thing waste it. So for me when it comes to friendships and relationships and my mind telling me lies, I ask a question, or I get a friend to ask me a question. IS THIS TRUE? Is this really true? Are you willing to let go of all the lies you bought about you and ask whats right about you, your not getting? I am blessed with friends that never judge me and laugh at the lies I can believe. 98% of our thoughts, ideas, beliefs and emotions aren't even ours. We are like psychic sponge bobs absorbing and super aware of other peoples thoughts and then we think they are ours! What if we could live in the question and be brave enough to live beyond the lies of the mind? Does that look like something you would be interested in? Allowance is the attitude that everything that goes on around you is just an interesting point of view! When you are in allowance then thoughts, ideas, beliefs, attitudes and emotions come at you, and they go around you and you are still you! Youdont buy the idea that the things the other person is talking about have to affect you, its just their point of view! When you are in allowance, you're in awareness and you don't have to do anything at all. You just simply allow them to have their point of view and you are in allowance of what they're doing and how they're doing it.
