Câștigătorii demonstrează cum agricultura bio poate aduce valoare adăugată comunităților rurale, poate crea locuri de muncă și sprijină dezvoltarea unor sisteme alimentare durabile, informează Direcția Generală pentru Agricultură și Dezvoltare Rurală din cadrul Comisiei Europene. Titlul de „Cel mai bun fermier ecologic – femeie” a revenit unei agricultoare din Bulgaria, care conduce prima fermă certificată bio din țară și aplică o strategie „zero deșeuri”, de la producția de lactate și carne până la prelucrare. Premiul pentru „Cel mai bun fermier ecologic – bărbat” a revenit unui agricultor din Belgia, furnizor de alimente bio pentru 150 de familii și un spital local. Ferma lui este un model de agricultură susținută de comunitate, promovează salarii echitabile și implică pacienți psihiatrici în activități agricole cu rol terapeutic. Unii și-au exprimat îngrijorarea față de complexitatea normelor propuse, în timp ce alții au remarcat elemente pozitive, precum gradul mai ridicat de flexibilitate, simplificarea, reînnoirea generațiilor și plățile corelate cu cerințele naționale. Potrivit comunicatului Consiliului Uniunii Europene, emis după întâlnire, președinția daneză planifică dezbateri ministeriale în cadrul viitoarelor reuniuni, axate pe arhitectura verde a PAC, securitatea alimentară și inovare.   Importurile, mai scumpe, taie cu o treime excedentul comercial agroalimentar al Uniunii Europene Exporturile de produse agroalimentare ale Uniunii Europene au totalizat 19 miliarde de euro în iunie, în scădere cu 4% față de luna mai, dar cu 2% peste nivelul din iunie 2024, potrivit Direcției Generale pentru Agricultură și Dezvoltare Rurală (DG Agri). În prima jumătate a anului, principalele destinații pentru produsele din blocul comunitar au fost Marea Britanie, SUA și Elveția. Exporturile către China au scăzut cu 670 de milioane de euro, pe fondul reducerii cererii de cereale, iar cele către Thailanda s-au diminuat cu 240 de milioane de euro, parțial din același motiv. Importurile agroalimentare s-au redus valoric cu 10% în iunie comparativ cu luna mai, dar rămân cu 15% peste nivelul din iunie 2024. În primul semestru din 2025, cacaua din Coasta de Fildeș, cerealele și rapița din Canada au avut cea mai mare contribuție la creșterea valorică a importurilor. Vânzările din China și Brazilia au sporit semnificativ pe piața comună, în timp ce importurile din Ucraina și Rusia au scăzut. După primele șase luni din acest an, excedentul comercial agroalimentar al UE, cifrat la 22 de miliarde de euro, este cu aproximativ 11 miliarde mai mic decât în aceeași perioadă a anului trecut. Această scădere, cu 33%, este atribuită creșterii costurilor de import, potrivit DG Agri.

Competencia ha recordado que España ocupa el tercer puesto de la Unión Europea, con un total de 388 denominaciones e indicaciones protegidas. Estos regímenes de calidad diferenciada, más conocidos como denominaciones de origen protegidas (DOP), indicaciones geográficas protegidas (IGP) o especialidades tradicionales garantizadas (ETG), identifican productos que tienen unas características específicas ligadas a su origen geográfico o a un modo de producción tradicional y aportan transparencia al mercado, permiten a los consumidores identificar productos con características específicas y refuerzan la competitividad de las pymes, especialmente en zonas rurales. La CNMC ha señalado en sus informes que antes de aprobar normas vinculantes, se recomienda solicitar un informe a Competencia para evaluar su impacto y garantizar que no distorsionen la competencia. 2.- El Gobierno de Aragón, junto a la totalidad de las organizaciones profesionales agrarias --UAGA-COAG, Asaja, Araga y UPA-- y las cooperativas agroalimentarias, han rubricado este miércoles un pacto para mostrar su oposición "frontal" a la Política Agraria Común (PAC) 2028-2034 en los términos en los que la Comisión Europea la ha planteado. Tras la firma del documento, el presidente del Gobierno autonómico, Jorge Azcón, ha calificado el acto como "histórico", ya que "no es sencillo" poner de acuerdo a organizaciones "tan dispares" y ha advertido de que lo que exigen no son "matices" ni "pequeños retoques", sino "un cambio radical" en la nueva PAC. Ese cambio deberá respetar y mejorar las cuantías destinadas a los profesionales del campo, pero la primera reclamación es que se piense "en los agricultores y ganaderos que viven en nuestro territorio, que dan vida a muchísimos pueblos y que, durante los últimos años, tienen la sensación de haber sido olvidados por muchas administraciones". 3.- El ministro de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación, Luis Planas, ha anunciado la puesta en marcha de un plan de promoción de la gastronomía española en el mundo, que está enmarcada dentro de la Estrategia Nacional de Alimentación (ENA). "Vamos a hacer una estrategia de promoción de la gastronomía española en el mundo, tras alcanzar un acuerdo con el sector de la restauración y de la gastronomía", ha avanzado Planas al término de su participación en el 'Forum Europa'. En concreto, Agricultura, en estrecha colaboración con personas y entidades clave del ecosistema gastronómico, va a poner en marcha los trabajos para elaborar un plan de medidas para reforzar la gastronomía española en el mundo. 4.- El Ministerio de Agricultura, Pesca y Alimentación estima una producción de 5,44 millones de toneladas de cítricos para la campaña 2025/2026, iniciada el pasado 1 de septiembre. La secretaria general de Recursos Agrarios y Seguridad Alimentaria, Ana Rodríguez, ha anunciado este martes una previsión de producción citrícola nacional de 5,44 millones de toneladas durante la reunión de la mesa sectorial, con participación de los principales representantes del sector. Según el aforo, elaborado a partir de los datos de las comunidades autónomas productoras, la producción prevista será 655.000 toneladas inferior a la de la campaña pasada (-10,7%) y un 14,2% menor que la media de las últimas cinco campañas. Se configura así la cosecha más baja de los últimos 16 años, debido, principalmente a las excesivas lluvias de primavera, las altas temperaturas en periodos críticos del desarrollo de los frutos y los episodios de pedrisco en diversas zonas de cultivo. 5.- El tomate español será la estrella de Fruit Attraction 2025, que se celebrará del 30 de septiembre al 2 de octubre. La 17 edición de Fruit Attraction se presenta como "el gran escaparate internacional de las frutas y hortalizas". Organizada por Ifema Madrid y Fepex, la feria "será la edición de mayor envergadura ampliando superficie, expositores, empresas y países, señal de la fuerza y la importancia del sector de frutas y hortalizas en el país y el resto del mundo". La elección del tomate como producto estrella busca "poner en valor el gran trabajo del sector productor y comercializador español" coincidiendo "con un momento clave dada la coyuntura geopolítica actual y la competencia cada vez mayor de países terceros en el ámbito de la Unión Europea". El tomate es la hortaliza más consumida en el mundo. En España, representa el 24,23% del consumo de hortalizas frescas en los hogares, con un promedio de 12 kilos por persona y año en el ámbito doméstico y 2 kilos fuera de casa. Sólo en 2024 el consumo creció un 6,25% respecto al año anterior impulsado por la diversificación varietal y la apuesta de los consumidores por dietas más saludables.

Jeśli odejdzie, uwolni dynamikę wewnętrzną, która może zmienić politykę PO– dodał.Wildstein szerzej skrytykował rolę Tuska w Europie. Zwrócił uwagę, że były premier jest coraz gorzej traktowany na arenie międzynarodowej.Dopóki umiał trzymać Polaków za twarz, był użyteczny. Depuis le début de l'été, une sévère épidémie de botulisme touche les oiseaux du département de la Loire-Atlantique, dans l'ouest de la France. Le botulisme est une maladie paralysante grave qui prolifère dans la vase et les eaux peu profondes, contaminant les oiseaux qui viennent s'y nourrir. Dopée par les fortes chaleurs, la bactérie responsable de la maladie a causé la mort de plus de 8 000 volatiles dans ce département. Avec ses centaines d'hectares de surface et sa profondeur moyenne de 1,60m en été, le lac de Grand-Lieu est devenu un épicentre de la contagion. Sur le lac de Grand-Lieu, règne un calme inhabituel. D'habitude on y entend les cris des canards, des aigrettes et autres hérons. Aujourd'hui, ils sont remplacés par le bruit de pas des chasseurs dans l'eau. Ils ne sont pas venus profiter de l'ouverture de la chasse, et pour cause : ils viennent ramasser les cadavres des oiseaux morts du botulisme qui jonchent les rives.   Christophe Sorin travaille à la fédération de chasse de Loire-Atlantique, qui gère une partie du lac. Il donne les instructions à Riwan et à son fils Léo, venu lui donner un coup de main : « On prend des râteaux. On met jamais la main dessus, on reste toujours à un mètre du cadavre. Avec un sac poubelle, il n'y a pas de contact. » Leur objectif : ramasser les oiseaux morts au plus vite pour éviter la propagation de la maladie. « Si le canard a consommé des spores botuliques, il meurt au bout de cinq, six jours. Les mouches viennent pondre dessus. Trois jours après, il y a des asticots. Un asticot concentre cent fois la toxine botulique. Un autre oiseau qui vient manger deux asticots est mort dans les minutes qui suivent. Même si le pic est passé, une dizaine de cadavres sont ramassés aujourd'hui. Tous n'ont cependant pas encore succombé. Quelques goélands et un cygne sont repêchés, mal en point mais bel et bien vivants.  Direction le centre de soins à quelques kilomètres de là. Laetitia Jochaud en est la gestionnaire : « Là, depuis le 1er juillet, on a récupéré 300 animaux. Sur les 300, il y a 100 oiseaux qui arrivent du lac de Grand-Lieu, justement suite à la crise du botulisme. »  Il faut aller vite : pendant le trajet, plusieurs goélands ont succombé. Christophe décharge le cygne qui est encore vivant : « C'est la première fois qu'on en a un », précise Laetitia Jochaud. Il est placé dans une zone de quarantaine avec les autres volatiles atteints du botulisme. Il faut y chuchoter, pour ne pas déranger les convalescents.   « Quand les animaux arrivent, on le sonder. Ils sont installés au chaud, dans un carton bien matelassé, et on va les sonder. C'est-à-dire les gaver, les forcer à manger quatre fois par jour. En fait, on nourrit, on hydrate, on nourrit, on hydrate », raconte la gestionnaire du centre de soins. Avec ces soins, les oiseaux ont seulement une chance sur deux de s'en tirer. Une cinquantaine de pensionnaires ont malgré tout été sauvés depuis le début de l'été. À l'avenir, de nouvelles épidémies sont à redouter : le changement climatique favorise le réchauffement de l'eau du lac, et donc la prolifération de la bactérie responsable du botulisme. At that time, Seresin was still a MANA member, which meant we had the very good fortune of kicking back in the bach of winery owner and Hollywood famous DOP, Michael Seresin (If you've watched Dawn of the Planet of the Apes, Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, then you know his work). The pad, a piece of perfection by Architect Pete Bossley, set the scene for an extremely memorable few days talking shitski with people from the booze biz. Ashleigh and I clicked. I really enjoyed her company and we threatened each other with keeping in touch after that gig was over. Kluczową rolę odgrywa tu amerykański wywiad satelitarny, który zapewnia Ukrainie przewagę w planowaniu obrony.  W dalszej części rozmowy gospodarze poruszają temat niemieckiego planu zakupu tysiąca czołgów Leopard 2A8. Decyzja ta może mieć dalekosiężne skutki dla układu sił w Europie, Niemcy mogą dzięki temu stać się realną potęgą wojskową. Według Witolda Jurasza i Zbigniewa Parafianowicza gest ten wpisuje się w szerszy trend radzenia sobie z amerykańskim prezydentem opierający na „wazeliniarstwie”.   Dyskutowana jest również rola algorytmów i toksyczności Twittera, który, jak zauważają prowadzący, przyczynia się do pogłębiania podziałów społecznych. Je to nejprogresivnější postoj dneška,“ říká ve Studiu N odhadkyně trendů a konzultantka Pavlína Louženská. „Společnost tak odpovídá na trumpismus, inflaci, války nebo klimatickou krizi. Hudba je tvrdší, slyšíme více techna. Do módy se vrací černá, kožené kalhoty a úzký střih. Vrací se i temný sex-appeal, protože očekáváme, že jsme vstoupili do temné éry – jako v dystopickém filmu.“ Nihilismus podle Louženské není jen nálada, ale celospolečenský posun ve způsobu, jak přemýšlíme o budoucnosti, o sobě a o ostatních. „Vidíme to v trendech jako quiet quitting nebo goblin mode – všichni se nějakým způsobem vypojují,“ popisuje trendforecasterka. Louženská v rozhovoru říká, že místo rozvíjení diverzity a inkluze přichází radikální individualismus. „Dopředu jde manosféra, pochybní podnikatelé, peníze. Řada mladých lidí si říká, že nemá smysl studovat vysokou školu, protože to tu stejně celé shoří. To je narativ, který prostupuje celou společností.“ Zároveň upozorňuje na posedlost zdravím. „Chodíme do posilovny a pijeme kreatin. I to je výsledkem událostí, které vidíme kolem sebe. Populace stárne, zdravotnictví ve Spojených státech je drahé, takže lidé potřebují prevenci, aby neskončili v nemocnici. Potřebujeme mít co největší výkonnost, protože před sebou vidíme velkou krizi a chceme natrénovat na ten maraton, který nás pravděpodobně čeká. Dnes je trapný ten, kdo nechodí běhat, kdo se o sebe nestará a nejí suplementy. Tlak na zdraví je velký,“ tvrdí analytička. „Pro někoho éra zelených džusů a počítání kalorií skončila a přepnul se do nihilismu a temného módu. Někdo naopak chodí běhat ultramaratony. Jedno i druhé jsou stejně validní reakce na energii, se kterou dnes musíme pracovat,“ říká v rozhovoru. Jak se predikují trendy? Naskakujeme na ně vědomě, nebo nevědomě? Tamar van den Dop is actrice, scenarioschrijver en regisseur. Ze speelde in series als ‘Zwarte sneeuw', maakte korte films als ‘Lot' en ‘Schat' en regisseerde de documentaire ‘Mag ik je aanraken?'. Hierin onderzocht ze samen met collega-acteurs hoe de verbeelding van intimiteit in films de afgelopen jaren tot stand kwam. Sinds 2016 is zij verbonden aan Het Nationaal Theater, waar zij onder andere speelde in ‘The Nation' en ‘Leedvermaak trilogie'. Nu speelt ze de hoofdrol in ‘Moeder Courage', een muzikale bewerking van Brechts klassieker waarin een vrouw tijdens de oorlog alles op het spel zet om met haar kinderen te overleven. This week I take a fresh look at European Classification Systems, going into detail on the history of how and why they evolved, what the current EU scheme is based on, and what the major wine nations' systems are structured (and how they differ from what the EU would like them to look like!).    I discuss: How Europe classified its wines to protect the names of specific products and link them to their place of origin, to the benefit of consumers and producers. A history of wine classifications from the monks in medieval Burgundy to the winemakers of Tokaj in the 1600s to Chianti, Port, and Bordeaux in the 1700s and 1800s. A detailed look at the evolution of the French classification system. I go through the steps that the French took to prevent fraud, protect the origin of their wines, and ultimately create the system off which the EU system is based. I address the EU system with its two main categories: -Wine without a geographic origin (table wine) -Wine with a geographic origin: Protected Geographical Indication (PGI): At least 85% of the grapes used have to come exclusively from the geographical area where the wine is actually made. These wines cover large areas, and a lot of grapes and winemaking methods are permitted. There is only a minor influence of place of origin Protected Designation of Origin (PDO): Every part of the production, processing and preparation process must take place in the specific region. Grapes have to come exclusively from the geographical area where the wine is made. Origin and terroir are essential to the identity of the wine. Then I review the major countries' classification categories   France: Vin de France=Table wine IGP, indication géographique protégée (PGI) AOP=appellation d'origine protégée, often called AOC (contrôlée) (PDO)   Italy: Vino=Table Wine IGP=indicazione geografica protetta, producers frequently use the old IGT = indicazione geografica tipica (PGI) DOC = denominazione di origine controllata (PDO) DOCG = denominazione di origine controllata e garantita (PDO) DOP = denominazione di origine protetta, the new name, conforming to the EU standard that includes DOC and DOCG. DOP is rarely used (PDO)   Spain: Vino de España=Table wine IGP / VT = indicación geográfica protegida, usually called vino de la tierra (VT) (PGI) VC = vino de calidad con indicación geográfica (PDO) DO (DOP) = denominación de origen, sometimes called DOP (PDO) DOCa = denominación de origen calificada (PDO) VP = vino de pago (PDO)   Germany Deutscher Wein =Table wine Landwein =PGI Qualitätswein (also called Qba from the 13 regions, PDO) Prädikatswein – Prädikat means special attribute and refers to the ripeness of the grapes and the type of harvest. Today on the show we have veteran cinematographer Jayson Crothers. Jayson had shot two dozen independent features before he joined the NBCUniversal hit show Chicago Fire in 2013.  After serving as the 2nd unit DoP for 38 episodes during seasons 2 & 3 he was asked to helm the show.  Serving as the sole DoP from seasons 4 to 6, he shot 74 episodes of the series for Dick Wolf. He also did additional photography for the backdoor pilot of Chicago Med.In 2019 Jayson photographed three features - the World War 2 true story drama Axis Sally, directed by Michael Polish, starring Al Pacino and Mitch Pileggi, the romantic comedy The Thing About Harry, directed by Peter Paige, and the hurricane action film Force of Nature, also directed by Michael Polish, starring Mel Gibson, Emile Hirsch, and Kate Bosworth.In between these films he also shot additional photography for the Starz series P-Valley as well as 2nd Unit for the Netflix feature Malibu Rescue - The Next Wave.In addition to his work being seen theatrically and on television, it's also been seen across the festival circuit at SXSW, Tribeca, and Camerimage to name a few. Jayson also served as the Technical Editor for the acclaimed book on cinematography and lighting, A Shot In The Dark.
