    I never thought I'd live to see this. History was made. Eliud Kipchoge did it! he broke the 2 hour Barrier.     I break my winter into three races: 13k in December, 17k in January, and 21k in February. Then the days start to get longer, birds start chirping, next thing I know, I'm packing up the bikini to go to the lake. Today I share some of the energy from the 17k race and some interesting observations. It was ONE SLIPPERY run. The trail was muddy and at some point there was packed snow.
