Today's episode is a very special interview, it's taken me months to get Alilama to interview but she agreed. Allison is an amazing sobriety friend and inspiration, she stopped drinking at the age of 58 and began running the "hotline" in recovery groups with me in 2016, she was a high bottom drinker for 45 years and here is her story. On a side note, this interview, this podcast is not affiliated with any 12-step programs, it was her choice to break her anonymity and I support her decision. Recovery is a unique process and what works for one person may not work for others but that is where having an online group has benefited Allison, and me. ODAAT we will stay sober and never drink again using a variety of tools that we have found that work best for us individually

In today's episode I tell about the discovery I faced during the weekend, the trip I got to take, the moments I had. Getting uncomfortable, and an update and conclusion of my son's sickness and his results. Moral of story- Be comfortable being uncomfortable today and always. And as always I'm never drinking again ODAAT. (One day at a time)
