I heard of Michael and was introduced to him through a good friend of mine. Michael has been through alot. From setting high school Track & Field records to being heavily recruited. He had already been pursuing a career as a professional baseball player when an injury occured and that was the beginning of a 10 year down spiral for him. But one fateful day he decided to come clean to his brother, then his wife and that was the start to his recovery journey. He is now over 2 years clean and has offically earned the title of Ironman. Hear his story!
Coach Blu is the founder and creator of Addict II Athlete. Addict II Athlete is a non profit organization, coaching program, and a podcast all in one. What started off as just one person helping a few young people of recovery has blossomed into what it is today. We even get to hear some of the stories that inspired the start. He might have had to use the "fake it to make it" mentality to get certain things started but now he is the truth and the real deal in all aspects. Hear how he overcame many obstacles to be where he is today and helping soooo many members of the recovery community along the way!
