Having an explorer mindset, he moved to Germany and started his PhD. in Life Sciences. At the time of the recording, he was still finalizing his PhD. and was looking for his next career step. He shared his strategies on what he thinks is the right approach for career transition, moving from academia into the “real” world of business.
