He commended the NFL for making a season happen in the current pandemic.

He is also leaning on Horvat & other experienced players to help guide/lead the team during this tough spell. He also looked at the rumoured Virtanen/DeBrusk swap and said it would be a win for Vancouver.
Canucks reporter Jeff Paterson looked ahead to Vancouver's game with the Leafs tonight and said it's paramount that they have a good start and at least show some push back if they encounter some adversity. He also focused on Brayden Holtby and believes he was right to show emotion after Saturday's loss but that he is still accountable.

He believes Travis Green may have to mix up his approach to this season after his top six hasn't produced as expected. TSN1040’s Rick Dhaliwal says when it comes to Sam Bennett, he’s been told the trade situation is heating up but Canucks don’t have enough assets to make a deal. Rick also says Tyler Toffoli wanted to be with the Canucks but they told him to wait, he waited & finally took the deal with Montreal.
Oiler GM Ken Holland joins Donnie & Moj to discuss being named to the management team for Team Canada’s men’s hockey team for the Beijing Olympics. Ken also says Roberto Luongo will be a different perspective as he played with or against most of the players that will be selected to the team.
TSN’s Jamie McLennan says the Canucks looked solid coming out of their Ottawa games, they had confidence & the top players were starting to find their game. Jamie says that continued against Winnipeg but they took a step back against Montreal. Jamie also says with a top player like J.T. Miller, his frustration level is more with himself because he demands so much from himself.

Voice of the Bucs, Gene Deckerhoff, discusses the Tampa Bay Buccaneers prior to the Super Bowl with Donnie and Moj. Gene says something happened to Tampa Bay after their loss during the season to Kansas City because after that game, the Bucs didn’t lose again.
TSN’s Farhan Lalji says it was shocking to see how the Canucks played Monday night against Montreal because they played with zero hockey sense at every level, which is something we saw last year but in much smaller doses.
TSN1040’s Jeff Paterson weighs in on the Canucks 6-2 loss in Montreal & the fact that the Lotto Line was not very good. Jeff also says you can sense Travis Green’s frustration with his team because he’s not coaching them turn the puck over as much as they are.

Winnipeg Jets head coach Paul Maurice joins Donnie and Moj to discuss the start to the Jets season. Paul says the Jets are starting to turn that corner of not being a young team anymore. Paul also discusses the challenges of this season & how he approaches playing teams 2, 3 or 4 times in a row.
