Frank is back with a fresh episode of The DFO Rundown and with Jason Gregor still on holidays, he was joined today by Craig Button from TSN. The two of them kicked things off by talking about the first of three big trades from the weekend: the JT Miller trade.It felt inevitable that Miller would end up back in New York and finally after weeks of rumours, the Canucks pulled the trigger on the deal. They got back a decent return that included a first-round pick, which their front office promptly flipped to the Pittsburgh Penguins in exchange for defenseman Marcus Pettersson and forward Drew O'Connor. The guys broke down how Miller has looked back in a Rangers jersey and also the Canucks decision to add Pettersson. They also talked about Elias Pettersson's future in Vancouver and whether or not the Canucks are set on keeping him, or if they could have another big trade up their sleeves.The Canucks weren't the only team who made a big splash this weekend either. The Dallas Stars acquired Mikael Granlund and Cody Ceci from the San Jose Sharks in exchange for a package of draft picks.
