It all starts with the belief, on May 6, 1954 Roger Bannister broke through the 4-minute mile, at a time of 3 min and 59 seconds. This is after it was thought that it was physically impossible for a human being to do so. As soon Bannister accomplished it, his competitors sighed a sigh of relief. Once it was proven possible in as little as 46 days later it was broken again. Now to this day thousands have done what seemed to be impossible. Impossible becomes possible when it starts with one’s belief.
