This episode is dedicated to the book - Woman Who Run with the Wolves - by Clarissa Pinkola Estés. Join me as I unpack what I've taken from her teachings into the complex human psyche. My discussion focuses around our inner fragmentation and how to set boundaries between our different inner selves. A very interesting read that I would recommend to anyone that's open to deeper questions about "self". Bonus: I've added a fun little exercise to open up to, discover and communicate with your inner personalities.
Join me as I take you through your own personal rainbow ~ the 7 main chakras. Where they are located, what they are related to and (most importantly) how to start becoming aware of them. BONUS: I've added a chakra visualisation meditation.
