The Impactful Coaching Podcast welcomes back Carlene Sullivan, who after joining us as a guest felt a great drive to return to the program and give Joseph a chance to say his peace. While those who listen to every episode may have heard quite a bit from Joseph, nonetheless this is a rare opportunity for the script to truly be flipped. Find Carlene online https://www.carlenesullivan.com/ Find us online https://impactfulcoachingpodcast.com/3:28 Joseph hands the reigns of the show over to Carlene who has rejoined on the program to help Joseph clear the karmic circle. 11:30 Carlene hears Joseph's initial tale about how he was feeling lately and delves in to the key term that Joseph shared in his prep doc, which is struggle. Carlene associated him saying that with the fact that struggle is used in the intro. 17:00 Carlene asks what Joseph would visualize as his struggle, Joseph relates it to his career and work. 24:00: Joseph shares insights in to why he wants to write a fantasy novel, what kind of work he wants to do and why he feels background acting is such a profound experience. 34:21 Carlene notices Joseph's usage of the term consistency, She observes consistency can lead to boredom, which would actually inhibit Joseph's ability to move forward. 46:40 Carlene reflects on her own history of perceiving success with her story at the onset of covid, this relates to Joseph's project as well and how his novel is less about commercial success but that it serves as a reflection of him and as his writing resume. 56:00 Accountability is the essence of karma, by taking accountability we in essence can clear our karmic circle. 1:01:07 Joseph reflects on whether or not he believes life is a game and he doesn't feel that way. 1:17:00 Joseph wants to delve deeper in to karma, he asks “how do we know we're moving in the right karmic direction?”

How Succesful Dropshipping Companies Grow in the Long Term Anyone can start a dropshipping store online, but it's becoming increasingly difficult to stand out in a highly-saturated industry these days… Which is where our next guest on The Ecom Show, Joseph Ianni, comes in! Joseph is a podcaster extraordinaire from Canada, and a brand ambassador for one of Budai Media's partners, Debutify. Debutify touts itself as the world's best free Shopify theme, but it's so much more than that! Joseph and The Ecom Show's host Daniel sit down and discuss what it takes to succeed in ecommerce these days along with: ✔️ The perks of using Debutify ✔️ How important it is to build a community in any niche/business ✔️ The ever-changing world of Podcasting ✔️ Is Dropshipping dead? ✔️ Long-term goals for dropshippers Debutify = Game Changer Debutify is much more than a template, essentially allowing busy ecommerce store owners to focus their attention on marketing while they handle the conversion rates. With 28 add-ons and counting, it's constantly adding more helpful tools to convert better and make more money. Joseph mentioned that aside from the friendly free trial that you can test right now, there are multiple plans, with the most basic costing $19 a month. The highest tier plan gives subscribers access to product research for winning items, a community to bounce ideas off, and a mentor to help you evolve! Community Building 101 Whether you are crafting customized email campaigns or launching your podcast, Joseph says you need to cultivate your community. The best podcasts and brands have in-jokes, community discourse, and audience engagement to let people know they are part of the process. Aside from that, people in ecommerce and dropshipping come from all different backgrounds with even more personal interests, so it's up to us to figure out our specific audiences and learn how to talk to them. How Podcasting has Changed Joseph always enjoyed video game podcasts, but he never imagined that his love of video games would catapult him towards his true passion: hosting his own podcasts! Since he first got started several years ago, the landscape in podcasting has changed dramatically. It was once seen as an extension of radio and only audio-centric, but now there are podcast videos, and it has become more mainstream in general. His own podcast for Debutify, Ecomonics is a fantastic resource for aspiring ecommerce business owners, with knowledgeable guests (like our very own founder Daniel) covering various topics! Dropshipping is Alive and Well “Is dropshipping still alive?” The answer is an emphatic YES. According to Joseph, the only thing that has changed is that dropshipping is more saturated with a lot more competition now, which is why it pays to have services like Debutify on your side. You can still compete these days, but you need to evolve with the industry and do a better job than your competitors. He says that nothing really dies. Radio never died despite what others believe, it just adapted and evolved, and that is precisely what we are seeing from dropshipping now. Life After Dropshipping From everyone Joseph and Daniel have spoken to, it seems that no one ever wants to stay a dropshipper for the rest of their life. Some get burnt-out, some go on to open marketing agencies to capitalize on their self-taught skills, and some opt to start ecommerce brands with their own products. Most people just dropship to raise some capital for future endeavors, while others like to kick back, automate, and travel the world while the money comes in each month! The point is that you can learn lots from dropshipping and ecommerce, even if becoming a merchant isn't your endgame! Our illustrious audio editor Joseph Ianni makes his long-awaited return to the show. Having listened to and edited every episode of Speech Bubble since launch, he's like our own version of The Watcher of the Marvel Universe: always observing, never interfering...until now.He comes to us for the first time, to pitch a comic of his own to the Toronto comic artists he knows are making Speech Bubble appointment listening every two weeks. The project is called Noon, a horror /teen drama comic where a state-of-the-art high school goes on lock-down, trapping the students inside with the progenitors of a zombie virus that -- like every good virus -- is about to go global. Thankfully, the students employ their own set of unique skills and abilities to fight back against the zombie horde and hopefully escape the school before they themselves succumb to the curse of the undead. Those who heard Joe's first appearance on the show may remember that this is not his first foray into self-published comics. Past Speech Bubble guest, Shawn Daley (Samurai Grandpa) actually assisted Joe with the art chores on his first comic book, The Iamgrim long before Speech Bubble existed. So he has the pedigree, but does he have the pitch? We'll let you know if an artist comes forward to make Joseph's comic book dreams come true.If you are interested in working with Joe, please e-mail him at joe_ianni@hotmail.com This episode of Speech Bubble is sponsored by Hairy TarantulaGiant Enemy ComicJoseph on TwitterJoseph on InstagramEchopodcasting.com (Joseph's podcasting portfolio)Sponsor:Hairy TarantulaCoupon CodesEnter these codes at checkout when you shop online and we'll get some money to support the podcast.Geeky t-shirts – Riptapparel.com – 10% OFF – NEVERSLEEPSLast minute gifts – Giftagram.com -- $15 OFF -- NEVERSLEEPS15

Joseph Ianni (pronounced Yee-anni) is the illustrious audio editor for Speech Bubble, but he’s also a huge comic book fan. On this episode, he comes out from behind the editing suite to talk about his new self-published web comic, The Iamgrim. Not your typical zombie story, it touches on Joe’s love of video games and other aspects of geek culture, while simultaneously providing a creative outlet to help him process his long history with mental illness both personally, among his loved ones and in society.
