The day that I started to upload this video marked the 416th day that I have been doing a daily mediation. It truly has changed my life. I will be starting my own venture with no true worry. Meditation has done that for me. I am happy to share these 5 tips to help you commit. I am not an expert, I am someone that truly needed to find a way to heal myself. This video is my attempt to share the things that helped me. I have always dealt with anxiety and depression, not to mention low confidence. I really had a hard time talking myself into starting and committing to meditation. For some many reasons, I was blocked. I have always been a very high energy person and always had a hard time sitting still, how was I going to "Quite my mind'? Here are some of what I have uncovered. Meditation has changed many things about how I live life. I took off many filters that I adopted to look at the world through. Filters that others around me had put on me with out even realizing. If after this video you decide to start mediating that is so fabulous. Please let me know. From frogs and bats on my front porch to cockroaches and strangers in my garage~ I lived on farms, in cabins, in cities, on beaches, in cars, in apartments, in mansions with house keepers and bodyguards. The jobs I've had has helped me become the person I am today. I was a janitor, burger flipper, door to door salesman to being a licensed cosmetologist, ordained minister, regional president, small business owner and board member. I'm a mother of 4, on my second marriage, I have no sisters, 2 brothers and I'm the middle child. My favorite color is rainbow. ~ I believe we can change our world by finding things that make us happy. If we find things that make us happy our vibration changes. Our frequency changes and ripples out around us and bumps into others. The Positive Vibes help change the vibration of everything it touches.
