ADVICE FROM STEVEN: PURPOSE: Know your purpose when you start a venture.  It is important to know where you are trying to go in order for you to get there. LIVE: When looking at farm ground it is really important to know whether or not you want to live there.  This really influences the decision process and how good of a farm you purchase. FINANCE: Have your financing in order and understand the numbers.  Without this, the best farm in the world might still fail.
