POPULARITY
One of my favorite parts of the tapping community is people's willingness to share their experience and expertise. A few months ago I sent an email to a number of practitioners I admire and asked them if they would be willing to share their wisdom about the following: What lessons have clients taught you about healing? What is something you have changed your mind about when it comes to healing, working with clients, or your own transformation process? If you were to start your own healing journey over again, what would you do differently? What is one thing you wish your clients believed about themselves? What is one thing you wish your clients believed about the healing process? I received some wonderful responses from Kim D'Eramo, Alan Davidson, Jondi Whitis, Robin Bilazarian, Kris Ferraro, Gwyneth Moss, Deborah D Miller, Jake Khym, Tania A Prince, Ange Finn, Nancy Forester, Peta Stapleton, Julie Schiffman, Steve Wells, and Mary Ayers. You can read all their answers (and soak up their wisdom) right here. Reading through all of these amazing answers gave me the opportunity to reflect on those questions myself. In this week's podcast I share my own answers to the five questions. These lessons are just a taste of what I will be teaching in my Mastering the Art of Delivery training. If you join us, you will get more out of your tapping while working with clients and while tapping on your own. Use the coupon code "podcast" for 50% off the registration. Support the podcast! In survey after survey public speaking finishes near the top of the list of people’s greatest fears. It’s a fear that can hold us back professionally and can cause us much anxiety and discomfort ahead of having to speak in front of groups. Most basic tapping and EFT trainings teach that when we fear something we should look for the first time we had a bad experience. The problem with doing this when it comes to public speaking is that often the moment in our past that taught us that public speaking was dangerous had little or nothing to do with public speaking. In this week's conversation I talk with EFT Founding Master Tania A. Prince about the many different root causes that can lead to a fear of public speaking and how we can tap for them. Guest: Tania A. Prince EFT Master Contact: web @ eft-courses.co.uk, e-mail @ contact page Biography: Tania is an EFT Master (one of fewer than thirty in the world). She has extensive experience of using EFT with clients and has worked on a vast range of issues, including fear of public speaking, blushing, panic attacks, success coaching, phobias, depression, addictions, anxiety, weight management, agoraphobia and serious illnesses, etc. She works from two clinics in Cheshire, England as well as working with clients throughout the UK and internationally via the phone. Her work has been featured on TV and radio shows both in the UK and abroad. She presents regularly at major international conferences and is a TAT Professionals Trainer.
Interview with Emma Roberts from the EFT Centre by Tania A Prince. Emma is an expert in the use of EFT with Cancer. She is the author of a leading book that deals with the emotional aspects of cancer using EFT. The interview discusses how Emma has used EFT to deal with the symptoms of conventional cancer therapy. We also talk about how EFT can be used to deal with the emotions of being diagnosed with cancer. Guest: Emma Roberts Contact: WEB www.theeftcentre.com EMAIL theeftcentre@googlemail.com PHONE + 44 208 348 5305 About: Emma's greatest wish is to see the tapping and other Energy Psychologies fully integrated and accepted within the medical field, as a powerful additional healing aid. With her work with cancer patients and also those with fertility issues she is beginning to see her dream coming into fruition as increasingly she works alongside mainstream health practitioners who embrace EFT as a valuable adjunct to their practices. Her background is in Ericksonian Clinical Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Psychology, but in the last decade she has become increasingly fascinated by the newly emerging field of Energy Psychology, and in particular the tapping techniques. Her interest in any form of therapy has always been result based, if something seems to work she wants to know more. This led her on a journey to becoming an EFT Master in 2005. Emma and Sue Beer are co-founders of The EFT Centre in London where they offer an extensive range of training programmes alongside AAMET practitioner courses, designed to take EFT to the next level. They are pioneers of Integrated Energy Techniques, and offer a multi-modality diploma in IET that includes NLP practitioner certification. They both also have successful private practices in London.
Many problems run through the family line. We often inherit the issues that affect us in life, for example we might be shy. This may be a family trait. Jaqui Crooks talks Tania A Prince about how EFT can be used to deal with these inherited problems.
Sometimes when I prepare for an interview I have a really good idea about what we are going to talk about. I am very familiar with the topic, the guest’s work, or both. Other times I am caught off-guard (in a good way). This is one of those interviews. In the first minute Tania Prince took my idea of shyness and turned it on its head. This set up an awesome conversation about what can be changed and what isn’t really an issue at all. Often we confuse being uncomfortable around others which causes us to be quiet (AKA acting shy) with someone who is comfortable in a group of people and is just being quiet. We can get ourselves into trouble when we try to change someone who is just quiet because we think that being shy is bad and that we need to pull them out of their shell. This is a great interview with lots of tapping tips for dealing with discomfort around others and what being shy really means.
One of the biggest hang-ups my clients have when tapping on their own is knowing what tune into and how to find past memories or core issues. Tania A Prince has developed a very easy process that only requires the person who is doing Emotional Freedom Techniques to tune into how they know they have the issue. It is really that easy. In this interview Tania explains EFT Inner RePatterning and how to do it.
One of the most difficult parts of using Emotional Freedom Techniques(EFT)/tapping effectively is in trying to figure out the root cause of the emotions we are currently feeling. Although we can often guess that a past event might be relevant it is difficult to be certain. In this podcast Tania Prince explains part of the process she calls Deep State RePatterning which can safely give us access to information about a past event held in the subconscious mind, allowing us the opportunity to do transformational work with that information.
