Curtis Kupfersmith has had a lot of success in his life on his journey to financial and time freedom. He purchased his first investment property back in 2010 at the age of 19, shortly before moving to Oklahoma City. In 2013, Curtis got his real estate license and ended up selling 50 homes his first full year. From there he grew a team over the next few years to 227 units and almost $30 Million in volume in 2019 before he decided to sell his team. In that time, he's also flipped and rehabbed 15 properties. Today Curtis is a coach a trainer to sales people and is also the host of the "Let's Talk Investing" podcast. Today Curtis and Steve did a pants swap on the show. Yesterday we all decided to play dress up so we got assigned outfits to wear today. Connie was a cowgirl, Curtis went for the 2018 hot summer look of windbreaker pants and a button up, and Steve was given "preppy". So when Steve showed up wearing a shirt that went better with Curtis' pants than his own shirt, a swap had to happen. After Curtis announced his pants were growing a swamp, Steve said how about a shirt swap. That was denied and Steve put on the swamp pants... The C-Man cometh and he is known as Curtis! Today Curtis tried out a new nickname. He is now calling himself "The C-Man".
