Bill Swan and Ashley Powell discuss pain, suffering, and brokenness, and the role they play in a Christian's life.
In our generation, we need to restore what it means to honor others. Honoring is for your parents, leaders, the Lord and everyone. There is no loophole where honor doesn't exist. Honor starts with us and this can change your culture.
Hearing God's voice is, simply put, experiencing what Paul talks about when he describes the mystery of the gospel: Christ in us. God communicates with us in a myriad of ways that line up with His written word. Learning to hear his voice is personal and unique and is for every believer who has ears to hear!
The exchange of life between believers is in the fabric of the body of Christ, the Church. The Church is more than an organization or a set of standardized meetings. When we involve ourselves in Church life we involve ourselves in worship, obedience, prayer and in participation with other believers following God together. This exchange of life allows us to spur one another on and balance one another as we seek to listen and obey both individually and together.
