AND THEN, this does not stop by just adding them to a list and moving on! Watch the shows, the movies, buy the products, tell others about them, etc - follow through! Compensate people who are doing the work. If you learn from a post, shared doc, resource, etc - compensate whoever put in the emotional labor of sharing and creating the content.
