City of Light is a podcast produced by City of Good Neighbors Media. Host Nathan Robbins discusses how the life of the Redeemed should penetrate the darkness and preserve and enhance the image of God in a fallen world. This discussion is centered around the topics of discipleship, culture and church planting. These topics will be explored through conversations with church planters, theologians and creatives as well as in depth discussion of biblical passages and current books and articles written on the subject.

Paul Seger is the general director of Biblical Ministries Worldwide. He was a missionary in South Africa for 17 years before stepping into the leadership position he now fills. In this interview he shares insights on how to create a culture of discipleship and gives wisdom on living it out on a daily basis. Phil Peterson is our second guest and he is the director of the missions program at Appalachian Bible College. He was a missionary church planter in three European countries before stepping into his role as a professor. He share personal insight on the three main thrusts of our show as well as tremendous insight on how we can teach and instill these principles on others through both formal education and discipleship relationships.
