Apparently I relish at the opportunity to be candid and spontaneous. This is episode, I update and reflect on my feelings behind showing up for myself.

Today is a bit of a continuation from last episodes “shifting”. I look at the ways the need for control has impacted me and how i'm learning to discern “flow”.

Follow me on my tangent of what “Shifting” has meant for me. I talk about reconciling with changes in relationships with others, be it drifting apart or growing together, considering we live in a digital world.
