It was a very different experience from pitching publishers in 1996 after I wrote my first novel. Back in 1996, it was hard work and I burnt out. I ended up with a ten year writer's block. In contrast, in 2012, it happened easily and effortlessly as if the Universe was handing it to me on a platter. As the movement #blacklivematters has shown recently, ignoring politics when you are an entrepreneur, especially a spiritual entrepreneur, can bear a huge cost. This is obviously not the reason to talk about political matters in business, yet my guest and I, talk today on the podcast about the importance of taking a stance. We cannot leave our values at the door and communicating properly to our audience where we stand on important topics is actually a great way to connect to our ideal client. Business is changing and women have a lot to bring to the table, including on social matters.

Sensitivity and business have not usually been brothers in arms. It's all about competition, being tough and riding the masculine energy. For this reason, 20% of entrepreneurs have probably considered their sensitivity to be a curse rather than an asset. In this episode, I help you assess whether you are a highly sensitive entrepreneur and if so, I have twelve tips to turn your curse into a superpower. The business world needs you to own your sensitivity and to stop being ashamed of it.

Einstein said "Everything is energy and that is all there is to it." You don't need to know about energy, or believe in it, in order for it to affect you. It's like gravity. It does not care about your beliefs. If you do not understand about energy, people will drain you, you will feel exhausted and you won't reach your full potential. Learning about energy in your business is crucial to success. Otherwise, difficult people and trolls will suck the energy out of you. And you won't be able to lean into the energy of your business to feel energised either. Energy intelligence is a must for any ambitious entrepreneur. It's a game changer.
