Someone posted that they googled, “What happened to Pete Briscoe?” Ha, seriously! If you were to google that, you would find a video from March 31, 2019. This is the service where my wife Libby and I shared with our church of 28 1/2 years that we were leaving the ministry. We loved our church and it was incredibly difficult to go. On that video I shared what I felt I could at the time: in episode 2 of Kindavangelical, I want to share more of the story.I'm telling you this because this journey is one of the reasons I no longer think of myself as an evangelical. Many of us find ourselves in this spiritual limbo because of life experiences that mark us and make us question what we have always believed. This is what happened to me.
