Meet Fatima, a 15 year-old who is about to blow your heart open with her superpowers. Fatima takes us on a journey weaving feminism and spirituality that will fill you from within. In her words, When females connect with the deepest state of themselves, they gain this revolutionary self discovery and power. Every female has the capability of nurturing that powerful mind and body and soul and through awakening this alignment we can all be a unified force into feminism, into female leadership and we can empower each other around us and around the world. We’re all made of energy. If we all go within ourselves we realize that we’re all one. Why do we feel the need to feel disconnected or hurt people on social media or cyber-bullying? I just want to educate people and bring them together. Seeds grow in the darkness.

A half-hour with my extraordinary mentor Dr. Riane Eisler, a voice of wisdom whose infamous work The Chalice and the Blade is in 56 US editions and 26 foreign languages. Youth are rising and every protest is a symptom of the larger domination system unfolding. Riane teaches us how to not only deconstruct, but reconstruct a new partnership-based social order with ancient roots.

Meet Havi Carillo-Klein, a senior at McLean H.S. in Fairfax, North Virginia and bilingual daughter of a Mexican immigrant mother from Guadalajara and Jewish American father with roots in Poland, Hungary and Russia. Our conversation moves between breaking stereotypes, Latina representations of women in media (everyone needs to watch Jane the Virgin!), body positivity, and Selena Gomez’s Insta following what it’s like for this Jewish Mexican high schooler to straddle three parts of the world and celebrate them all as intrinsic to her cultural identity, to DACA, to corporate advertising responsibility. Like all our interviews, this one lands in the power of inclusion, empathy and love.

I talk with Yuli Rodriguez, a 3rd year Cal Poly San Luis Obispo student about the fabric of sorority life in a dynamic exchange. As I challenge Greek life,  renowned for its looks-based exclusiveness and social prescription for femininity, Yuli reminds me that sororities were women's original support system – a secret sisterhood when they had just gained access to the formerly male-dominated world of academia.

A whole world opens for listeners in this intimate conversation about the nuances of recovery. Meet Naomi Oppenheim, a 19-year-old SFSU student whose courageous recovery lights a path for young women wrestling with what has become an all too common rite of passage into womanhood.
