John 1:12 says, "But to all who believed him and accepted him, he gave the right to become children of God."Merely knowing about Jesus or observing traditions isn't enough. To truly experience Jesus and receive all the blessings He paid for on the cross, you need to invite Him into your heart and become His dwelling place. This brings real victory, as God's presence in you overcomes all opposition. When you truly believe in Him and accept Him, you are given the right to become a child of God. This isn't just a title—it's a privilege and a new identity. Becoming a child of God means entering into a relationship where you are loved, provided for, and given access to everything that belongs to God. Franky spent twenty years in California prisons for a 1991 crime that he did not commit, and was exonerated in 2011 after two decades of optimism, resilience and following his intuition. We chat with him all about being sentenced to life in prison at 18 years old, his journey to freedom, and all of the ways he has spent the last thirteen years being a change maker. He talks in depth about his relationship with forgiveness and even shares that he is now friends with not only the men (then boys) who falsely identified him, but also the district attorney that prosecuted him.
