In this episode, Kristen will be telling Amanda about the story of the murder of Lauren Giddings. Lauren began telling multiple people that she felt like she was being stalked. But, being the outgoing, attractive young woman she was, her friends just thought she was exaggerating. She was in the middle of prepping for the biggest exam of her life; the bar exam. However, her life would be extinguished before she could accomplish her goal to become a lawyer. Lauren's next door neighbor, and fellow law student, Stephen McDaniel, was quite literally the creepiest MF'er alive. After Lauren rejecting his proposals to start dating him, he began relentlessly stalking her, recording videos of her coming and going from her apartment. Lauren could sense something was off. She couldn't stand the feeling that she was being watched anymore, so she made the smart decision to move. Once Stephen found out she was leaving, he panicked and quickly changed from stalker to murderer. The old ‘If I can't have her, no one will' mentality. The search for Lauren was on. But no one could imagine how or where she would be found. And the person responsible, well, he completely breaks down on national television, which quickly went viral. Thank you for listening.
