Lots of life has been happening, my friends. In this episode we explore how to hold for life's unexpected twists and turns. (Also an update on my bariatric surgery adventure...)

Life is full of paradoxes. One is how to hold for disappointment while also holding for miracles. As I prepare for bariatric surgery, I've had to learn how to hold with compassion for my past disappointments while continuing to energize the potential for miracles, too. We will talk about resiliency and the willingness to show up in co-creation.  If you have a dream you've been manifesting for quite a long time and it hasn't yet come to fruition, this is for you. In this episode I share some big news with you. On January 22, 2020, I will be undergoing bariatric surgery (also known as weight loss surgery). I'll be having vertical sleeve gastrectomy. It has been a profound and introspective journey to find my way to this decision. My hope is our conversation will bring insight and understanding about the choice to have weight loss surgery. This has been a life-changing year for me. That's why I've taken a break from the podcast. However, I'm feeling guided to continue our adventure again.
