Snow on the moon? Yes, though not recently... but maybe billions of years ago. Recent discoveries indicate that the early moon, orbiting just 20,000 miles above our planet at the time, may have shared a dynamic magnetic field with that of the Earth, resulting in the moon having an early atmosphere about twice as dense as the Martian atmosphere is today! This has wide implications for planetary science, but perhaps our favorite is that it may have snowed both carbon dioxide and water ice on the moon back in the day. We're also talking about the amazing launch and recovery of New Glenn, the plight of the Chinese taikonauts aboard the Tiangong space station, and a recent SpaceX memo about—no surprises here—a delay to their lunar landing program for Artemis III. He talks about his time teaching English in Italy, responding to an ad to become a tourguide while living in Italy, and how he came to New York.  Kelly asks Justin about imigration before Ellis Island. Justin talks about the different ways that people emmegrated from their home countries before the US created a way, on the federal level, for people to immigrate to the United States. Justin talks about the creation of Ellis Island and the first ship that landed on the island. He talks about how many immagrants went through Ellis Island during its peak use. Then he talks about how many immigrants were turned away from staying in the US due to sickness, and puts into perspective how small a number that is. Kelly asks Justin what people did while they were on Ellis Island. Justin tells him how they had different wards of the hospital and the different patients they took at each. He tells us about how due to the previlance of disease, children had to be seperated from their families. He also talks about how nurses and doctors made huge advancements in health during this time period because they were able to study so many patients. Justin also gives somes stories about how nurses befriended their patients and stayed connected even after they made it back to the mainland.  Finaly, Kelly asks Justin about the Hard Hat Tour, Justin tells everyone what they can experience when they take the tour. He also gives some great tips for visiting Ellis Island and the stature of Liberty. In this special edition of The Wright Report, Bryan delivers a breaking update on peace in the Middle East — as Israel and Hamas accept President Trump's peace plan. From the release of hostages to a new path toward Arab-Israeli reconciliation, today's report covers the facts, intelligence insights, and listener questions on what this historic moment means for the world.   Trump Announces Peace Deal Between Israel and Hamas: President Trump revealed that Israel and Hamas have both signed on to Phase One of his 20-point peace plan, with help from Egypt, Qatar, and Turkey. “This means that all of the hostages will be released very soon, and Israel will withdraw their troops to an agreed-upon line as the first steps toward a strong, durable, and everlasting peace,” he said. The agreement includes a ceasefire, the release of approximately 20 surviving hostages, and Israel's withdrawal to key defensive lines.   Prisoner Exchange and Humanitarian Aid: Israel will release about 2,000 Palestinian prisoners within 48 hours while Hamas returns the living hostages. The bodies of 28 murdered captives, including two Thai citizens, remain withheld. In exchange for disarmament and the entry of humanitarian aid, Gaza will move toward a transitional governance phase under international oversight.   The Road Ahead — Hamas Must Go: Phase Two of the plan requires Hamas to disarm and give up control of Gaza. Trump's decision to pledge U.S. military defense to Qatar — a key Hamas ally — may have been part of a broader deal to pressure the group's leadership and expand the Abraham Accords. “We gave them something massive so Trump could get something massive in return,” Bryan explains.   Listener Q&A on the Peace Process: Bryan answers listener questions about why hostages are being released slowly, why Hamas might accept defeat, and why this peace effort may succeed where others failed. He describes a Middle East transformed: Iran weakened, Hezbollah diminished, Syria and Lebanon reshaped, and Gulf nations eager for modernization.   Intelligence Services at Work: Mossad, the CIA, MI6, and Arab agencies are already recruiting informants and installing surveillance systems to stabilize Gaza. Bryan explains how spies will penetrate interim governments, military forces, and communication networks as Gaza transitions to a monitored peace.   Challenges Ahead — Extremism on Both Sides: Bryan warns that both Palestinian and Israeli extremists could attempt to sabotage the deal, but Trump's leverage with Arab governments makes large-scale rebellion unlikely.   What It Means for America: A lasting peace could allow U.S. forces to withdraw from the Middle East, focus on China and Latin America, and enable the deportation of radicalized Palestinians and Islamists from the U.S. and Europe. “If this holds,” Bryan says, “it's good for Israel, good for Arabs, and good for us. When most people think about blood pressure, they think about a once-a-year reading at a doctor's office. But one measurement on one day doesn't tell you much about your cardiovascular health. Just like a single fasting glucose number doesn't reveal your metabolic state, a one-off blood pressure check is largely meaningless. Blood pressure fluctuates throughout the day based on stress, sleep, exercise, hydration, and countless other factors. And even more important: the cuff on your arm measures brachial pressure — not the central pressure your heart and organs actually experience. That distinction matters. The true risk isn't just the number on a cuff, it's how elastic your arteries are and how much pressure your aorta is under. Elastic vessels absorb the shock of each heartbeat, while stiff ones reflect it back toward the heart and raise central pressure. That's why arterial stiffness is such a strong predictor of cardiovascular risk, especially as we age or when diet and lifestyle accelerate inflammation and plaque buildup. In this episode, I explain how modern devices can go beyond a simple systolic/diastolic reading. Using pulse wave analysis, they can estimate central blood pressure, pulse pressure, augmentation pressure, augmentation index, and oxygen supply-demand balance in the heart muscle. I share some of my own readings — including cases where a cuff reading looked “high” but the deeper markers showed excellent elasticity and low central pressure. It's a reminder that context matters far more than one isolated number. The takeaway is clear: don't let a single reading define your health. Look at patterns over time. Pay attention to central pressure and vessel elasticity. And above all, address the lifestyle drivers that really move the needle — diet, sleep, movement, stress, and balancing electrolytes like sodium and potassium. Elevated blood pressure is not written in your genes; it's usually written in your habits. Learn more:
