Happy Love Weekend! Because we love you soooo much, we read the second book in Laura Trentham's Spies and Lovers series, "A Brazen Bargain." Emily can't remember names. Carley gets steamy. And the girls realize they are reading what is essentially an X rated Disney movie.
Holy SHIT it's hot in here! We read Laura Trentham's "An Indecent Invitation" for the love month and we got that sweet, sensual loving we deserved (and, a surprisingly funny and interesting novel!) Carley talks about toxicity. Emily learns that English people in 1812 did not eat wantons. And the girls finally get the sexual tension they've craved.
This month, Emily and Carley review the GoodReads top-voted Mystery/Thriller novel for 2020, "The Guest List" by Lucy Foley. Carley becomes a fitness queen. Emily is a bone-breaker.
