Episode 9 discusses heat and temperature hazards. Body reaction to heat and temperature is also explained. Students are then exposed to thermal comfort and the effects of heat and temperature hazards on humans at the workplace. Measures to prevent heat and cold stress are also explained.

Episode 10 begins by defining pressure hazards and discussing the sources of pressure hazards. Apart from that, pressure-related sicknesses are highlighted. In this topic, students will also learn about the hazards of boilers, high temperature water, unfired pressure vessels, high-pressure systems and cracking hazards in pressure vessels. Also discussed are signs of pressure hazards, detecting pressure hazards, strategies to reduce pressure hazards, and the legal requirements of pressure vessels.

Episode 8 highlights the causes of workplace falls. Types of falls are also discussed, followed by a prevention programme at the workplace.

Episode 7 discusses hazards associated with power-driven machines. Students are presented with various types of injuries due to mechanical hazards. Apart from that, types of safeguards are also highlighted in order to ensure that workers are not exposed to mechanical hazards. Mechanical hazard prevention is also discussed.

Episode 2 discusses several theories of accident causation such as the Domino Theory, Human Factor Theory, Accident/Incident Theory, Epidemiological Theory, Systems Theory, Behavioural Theory and Bird's Triangle. Students will be exposed to how accidents occur due to the behaviour of workers, work system and equipment.

Episode 4 focuses on workplace stress. Students will understand what workplace stress is and its effects on individuals. Moreover, students will be able to identify the causes of workplace stress. At the end of this topic, stress prevention is discussed.

Episode 5 is about workplace ergonomic hazards. This topic begins by defining ergonomics and factors associated with physical stress. This topic also explains the common indicators of ergonomic problems. At the end of the topic, hazard prevention and control, and ergonomic problem-solving strategies are discussed.

Episode 6 discusses industrial hygiene. The discussion begins by explaining the importance of industrial hygiene followed by chemical substances and entry points for toxic agents. In order to enhance students' understanding of industrial hygiene, the effects of toxic substances on health are also explained. This topic is concluded by presenting preventive measures which must be taken to create a clean environment.

Episode 3 discusses accidents and their effects. Students will learn about various types of costs related to accidents, such as direct and indirect costs; causes of accidents such as the environment, equipment and worker factors; death and injuries caused by workplace accidents; accident cost calculation and the effects of accidents on organisations.

Episode 1 discusses the evolution and history of occupational safety and health before and after the Industrial Revolution. The discussion begins with the occupational safety and health movement before and after the Industrial Revolution. Then, students are presented with the role of labour unions in the field of safety and health. Students are exposed to several other factors which contribute to the development of occupational safety and health management such as major tragedies, the role of health problems and the occupational safety and health movement today.
