An informative and eye opening podcast that hopes to help educate and inform folx about what it’s like to live with a chronic illness. Most of the time it will be me, your host, but sometimes there will be guests as well. Thank you for listening!
This episode is a sort of ramble about the current state of what's happening pandemic-wise. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
Today's episode will feature: me! No, really, it's going to be me talking about my experiences and hardships of being Non-Binary TransMasc and being Disabled at the same time. I talk about what one can do to help themselves but I also talk about the difficulties that can come with it. What I have to say is just my experiences and mine alone. How I identify isn't exactly how others may identify (not every Non-Binary person considers themselves to be Transgender, for example). I also talk about some local resources for other trans folks in the PDX area to utilize if they should need them: Kaiser's Gender Pathways and the non-profit organization “Joyful Transitions PDX”. The website for Joyful Transitions PDX is joyfulpdx.org. Today we are going to talk about Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome - what it is, how it can effect the body, what you can do for it, etc. This is the Zebra condition - when one hears hoof beats, sometimes it isn't horses…sometimes, it is zebras. It is my hope that this information can be helpful for everyone and anyone who hears it. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

This episode is a little different from my normal episodes. It’s more of a rant so if that’s not what you want, please feel free to listen to previous episodes! This episode is mostly about my feelings on current state of events and how they’ve been affecting me. There is talk about the pandemic and government issues. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Today’s episode is about the things that I find around me that help to lift me up. Thank you all for your patience with me in these troubling times! Sometimes I just can’t get episodes recorded and published on time! I hope this little episode of hopeful ideas will help lift your day! Thank you, dear listeners, for tuning in!
A somewhat different episode from the norm - I’ve not been feeling well lately so this episode is more of a story telling episode of what my job used to be and how that has shaped my world view on the current state of events right now. There is some talk about government political restrictions and there is talk about my previous job (adult retail) so if that’s not your jam, feel free to skip this one. Next week should be more fun with an interview with my Spouse and what it’s like to be in a relationship with a disabled partner when they’re an able bodied person. It should be fun! --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app
