welcome to a new year with shallow, but deep! this episode covers specific moments in 2022 and things that i am planning for in 2023. 2022 was  life-changing year for me, so i had to give thanks to her by stating all of the wonderful/not-so-wonderful things that took place. there are many goals and plans that i have for 2023, but i think it is important to not get so overwhelmed with several miniscule goals and resolutions. my advice is to set a few goals that cover a broad area of your life. enjoy this episode and have a wonderful new year :)all the love, cailey

hey everyone, being an exercise science major, its inevitable that i must learn about things like body composition and bmi standards. in my case, it even entails having these things measured on myself. weighing myself can be hard, let alone knowing how many pounds of fat i have on me and if that amount is "healthy" or not. in this episode, i talk about how doing these things in college can be damaging to someone with body image issues. additionally, i address how people with educational power must be more aware of how this direct learning approach can be harmful to the minds of their students. enjoy :)all the love, cailey

hey everyone, in this episode, i pretty much talk about how the media has shaped my prefeed traits in a man. because of these certain fictional characters that i talk about (and others like them), i do not think i will ever be able to be with the sweet and nice guy. i have seen and read what it is like to have more. I have always loved the bad-boy (i,e., the troubled, traumatized, and misunderstood guy). enjoy hearing me ramble about my love for fictional characters:)all the love, cailey

i think i have always known that i have a need for more in life. more experiences, more love, more places visited, etc. i know i am able to accomplish great things in my life and i have a dream of what i want my life to look like. you may have these crazy, impractical dreams for your own life. some of you may have them but not truly plan on living them out. because in reality, every life on this planet is different and we all have different responsibilities to deal with. sometimes this may cause our dreams to go on the back burner. in this episode, i talk about my dreams for the future, accomplishing those dreams, and the many things that can hold us back from living our lives the way we truly want to. i hope you enjoy :)all the love, cailey
