As a photographer, Nicole knows how to perfect a sophisticated image on social media. Welcome to the place where all of those picture perfect walls come crashing down and she opens up about the difficulties of transitioning from a teen into a young adult. She explores topics like self doubt, making money, life after college, and holding on to friendships, often talking with other college students about some of the most transformative moments in their late teens and early twenties. No one shows the deepest darkest secrets that make them who they are, but truthfully, we're all a little messy.
*Warning for anyone who doesn't like to talk about diet culture or food and weight related topics* Decided to switch it up and film a chill get ready with me! This is basically my version of a stream! I just wanted to talk a little bit about my relationship with food and the ups and downs I've experienced with being a pescatarian and then a vegan for the last 7 years. Nutrition, diet, and lifestyle are such interesting topics to discuss but they can also be difficult for a lot of people to manage (myself included sometimes), and with quarantine and my own erratic schedule, it's all been on my mind lately. I talk about diet culture, food and weight, body image, carb cycling, comparison to others, embarrassing stories from high school, and also explain how I became pescatarian and then vegan in the first place! Make sure to watch along on YouTube to see me do my makeup! Thanks for listening! Watch me get ready on YouTube! Follow on Instagram Tweet Me

Back on my own for this one and it is messyyyy if I do say so myself. If you listened to my December 4th episode on Costochondritis, this one is similar in that I'm just having a very honest conversation with myself and using this as a soundboard for offloading my own bull$h*t. In this episode I talk about my ummmmmmm controversial opinions on Christmas/gifting, love languages, tapping into my emotional side, why I think I need therapy, my anxious, avoidant tendencies, and my resolutions for 2021. Thanks for listening ! Cliffnotes: Wear a mask, minimalism is cool, holidays can be hard, saying the truth is harder, we all need a little bit of therapy, and let's try new things in 2021 Watch on YouTube Follow me on IG Tweet Me

A very unedited podcast this week. Weird things happen, but it is what it is! Hope everyone is staying healthy and happy :) I know I was being pretty nonchalant and laughing during this podcast (I swear I only know how to ignore my problems and make them seem less severe than they are), but costochondritis is very serious and scary and many people deal with pain for years. It doesn't show up on any scans, and many doctors will tell you it goes away with rest/painkillers and it's nothing to worry about, even when people my age, younger, and older end up in the ER because of it. It interferes with every aspect of daily life and can cause severe anxiety even when it comes to completing basic tasks. Flare-ups can be random and triggered by something as simple as bending down, picking up a backpack, or a car turning too sharply. If you also have this condition I am very sorry, and I know how difficult it is to fully understand why or how this happened and to deal with it every day (especially if you also have fibromyalgia or other pain conditions) I'm only just beginning to process how I'm going to work, exercise, and live with Costo while it's healing and the gravity of the situation. But I'm learning every day, and I've found some really helpful resources online that I've linked below, along with the backpod I'm using to stretch and recover. If anyone has any questions, information, or an experience that they want to share, please DM me or comment on the YT video linked below. Welcome to PART 1 of the two-part episode I traveled all the way to OHIO for, with very special guests Ron and Ron! I’m so happy to FINALLY have my Dad (Ron Bolar) on to share his story and talk a little bit about the world of business, and what better way to do that than alongside another successful entrepreneur, Ron Taylor! Now working together in an exciting new business venture, these two have a lot to share about their own experiences including why they decided to leave successful 9-5 management positions in sales to grow their own businesses and work in multi-store franchise systems like Edible Arrangements and The Simple Greek. Hope you enjoy the episode and make sure to tune in next week for Part 2! Thanks for listening! Watch on Youtube My Instagram Tweet Me
hi, this is a culmination of a semester cut short, a quarantined summer, and a fully online senior year. I talk a lot about loneliness and friend groups as if I have no friends lol which is not true at all, it's just we don't see each other nearly as much due to the virus, all of us being in different majors, having full schedules and some of my friends living out of state. All of this coupled with my birthday just really led me to an extremely introspective place, so if I seem a little crazy it's cuz I MIGHT BE OKAY- Other topics in this episode: unrealistic beauty standards, getting older, adult braces, shaving off my eyebrows, traveling abroad, being addicted to our phones, the meaning of life, AND at the end, I answer a relationship question written in by a listener !! ALSO - We've made it to the 10th episode! Now we have two reasons to celebrate! Thanks for listening! Watch on Youtube Follow me on Instagram Tweet Me
This week I’m happy to have my friend, the former co-president of the Longhorn Powerlifting team, and overall amazing human, Shenina Delfin, join me on the podcast! She shares a little bit about her journey coming to UT and how she found her way, what life is really like after graduating college (esp. in 2020 during a global pandemic), and the importance of self-discovery and mental health. This was a really interesting conversation and I hope you learn something new! Enjoy! Follow Shenina Follow me on Instagram Tweet Me
Hi y’all, today’s topic is all about FITNESS, specifically 10 things I’ve learned in my 5 years of training! I’m by no means an expert or a licensed professional, but these are some really helpful tips I’ve picked up along the way. I’ve tried exclusively HIIT training, Cross Country running, bodybuilding, and powerlifting and all of those experiences taught me a lot about “fitness” and how it differs for every single person. I know that in the beginning, I wish someone would’ve pulled me aside and said hey - you should STOP doing this or START doing that, so in this episode, I laid out 10 tips that may be helpful for someone on their own fitness journey! Make sure to listen all the way till the end to hear a bonus tip! Thanks for listening! Watch on Youtube Follow me on Instagram Tweet Me!
In today’s rollercoaster of an episode, my good friend Trevor Carmona joins me on the podcast to discuss losing friends, gaining followers, and being a true ally! Not only is he an extremely strong powerlifter, but he’s also a talented TikTok dancer, fellow podcaster, and YouTuber! We have a lot of fun talking about social blades, high school twitter beef, and getting banned from twitter (oops) only to switch gears and get serious about his experience with digital friendships, the realities of meeting people with large social media followings, separating business from personal feelings, and most importantly, social justice and the Black Lives Matter movement. Stick around till the end to hear my tips and advice for overcoming the anxiety of graduating without any clear plans for the future !! Thanks for listening :) *Also I do know what PR and HR jobs are now :))) I actually looked it up after 2 years of being in my major lol Watch on YouTube Follow me on Instagram Tweet Me To see some of the powerlifting video work I did for Cassy, check out Cassy's Youtube channel!
In today's episode, I sit down with my brother Jake (the cooler sibling in my opinion) who seems to have life all figured out even though he's only 20 years old! In the 3 years I've been away at college he somehow learned the secret to saving money (!!) and the key to gaining followers on Instagram (!!!) which he kindly shared with the class. We also talk a little bit about his go-to music artists, working on cars, photography, how to network and build relationships, and the importance of good friendships :) Thanks for listening! Hello boys and girls, welcome to therapy :) In today's episode, I give you my secret to super-fast cold brew coffee, tell a story where a woman literally tried to RECRUIT ME for her business by approaching me in the gym, and casually mention that I may have run across a potential serial killer at Walmart. BUT most importantly, I share my take on the topics of self-doubt, insecurity, and breaking out of your shell, especially as it relates to sharing your work with others online. Ahh a good old relationship Q/A. Tried and true...who's in the mood for some advice?
