We're here to help those who want to leave polygamy, for them to realize it's been done and they're brave enough. We also want to shed light on what is happening in our neighborhoods in Utah. Polygamy is no longer something that was in the past. They hide in plain sight., they dress just like you and me.
In this second part of Doyle Dockstader’s episode we get into some topics that most people will not discuss. Trauma, abuse, criminal behavior and substance abuse are a heavy topic, but Doyle was willing to share his story. He left the FLDS at the young age of 12, living on the streets, turning to substances and then criminal behavior. He opens up about serving time in prison and what he was able to learn from his trauma and behaviors. He is a testament that you can come from the bottom and get to the top! “I’m flipping the script I’m not going to be a victim, I refuse to be a victim….I’m a SURVIVOR I win and I’m going to continue to win!”
We were lucky enough to have Doyle Dockstader in our studio for a two part episode to discuss trauma, suicide, substance abuse & criminal behavior. Doyle left the FLDS when he was 12 years old, making him one of our youngest guests to leave a polygamist group. He gets vulnerable and raw about having to grow up fast and that included getting into drugs and criminal activity. He shares with us in this episode some great motivational words and is an example that hard work and not giving up pays off!
We had the pleasure of having Worth Bistline call in to do an interview about growing up as a young man in the FLDS. He has an interesting view as he grew up with Rulon Jeffs as prophet and the gradual transition to Warren Jeffs becoming the leader of the FLDS. He has a lot of insight regarding the transition and especially as a young man coming into the priesthood of the FLDS. Thanks again to Worth for sharing his story and we hope his ending words of wisdom can help as many people as they go through this crazy thing called life!
We had the pleasure to speak to Arturo Jessop, who’s story is vastly different then the other stories we’ve shared. Arturo’s family comes from Mexico. As he tells his story you’ll see how the AUB converts from the communities in Mexico.

Liz was the first wife in a plural marriage and shares her struggle to make the decision to leave polygamy. She tells us all new information on the AUB; from how childhood is in the AUB to the religious ceremonies they perform. We hope this is as informal to you as it was to us. We learned somethings that we’ve never heard. Liz came in and in her words “got a bunch of monkeys off her back”.
This episode features Val Snow, one of Daniel Kingston’s many children. He gives us the insight into the world of growing up with an abusive father & also coming out as gay. His story is very raw and intense, but he shows us that even growing up in fear and being unhappy doesn’t mean that’s how the rest of your life will be. He gives us all hope to become better from our life experiences & gives great advice!
Joanna who is only 17 years left in June 2018, since leaving she has begun to discover who she truly is as an independent woman. We discuss her first public school experience and much more. Since she has just left she has so much ahead of her and we are so grateful she was able to share her story with us & hope that you feel inspired!

He is joining the U.S. Coast Guard after he graduates High School, with a bright future ahead of him. He has very wise words on motivation and great advice. We hope you feel inspired & share his story to help others.

Lots of good first hand information and stories from the leaders daughter herself. Nicole just released her book called The Leader's Daughter which is available on Amazon.
Amy is only 16 years old, but she is wise beyond her years and is so well spoken!
We were able to meet some amazing people down at the Crick and our opinions have been changed, because we were personally able to be in the community.
Briell Decker is the former wife to the FLDS prophet, Warren Jeffs. Warren is said to have 79 wives and Briell was the 65th wife. She has an amazing story of triumph that makes her a survivor.

Emily Tucker gave us a lot of information on the Kingston group and how they operate. Her story is one of freedom. Her story is also a rare case, in that her whole family left together.
