For all the latest listings and real estate news go to www.domain.com.au QLD: 3 Callaway Court, Arundel QLD 4214 4 bed, 2 bath, SOLD: $1,235,000 Last month, an Arundel home sold ‘as-is’ for $1.23M, just $25K shy of the suburb’s median house price. NSW: 6 Jubilee Avenue, Blackheath NSW 2785 5 bed, 3 bath The house that was built by an architect for an astronomer, the house comes a 3.5m by 2.5m elliptical skylight that retracts.
