Welcome to the Slip In Podcast! Your hosts Bobby Martinez and Jason Reyes, aka Slick Back Jack have started a Podcast. This Podcast is just us pouring up and talking. Basically, we always have the best conversations with each other and our homies while we
The Homies sit down with the 1st Band on the Podcast, Smokey Lew. The band goes through their story, which of course, somehow has a connection with Trailwood. They end with our very first acoustic set, that first song, The Goat had to restrain himself from yelling the lyrics. Yah... he actually did it... quietly. Check the band out and show them some love. Yall definitely will enjoy this episode.
The first episode that starts with Jason actually working. The Homie Bobby sits in the barber chair and lets Jason work his magic... on a buzz cut, and have a Barber to Customer conversation. We wanted it to feel organic with the clippers buzzing more then the hosts. Hope you enjoy it! Please Share this Podcast! We appreciate you all!
The Homies come back to the shop for one of the weirdest episodes. We poured up and... well... youll see. Finally get the FNG of the shop. It gets weird. Girls dont poop. Thanks.
After a week off the Homies have The Queen of Trailwood Ms. Jessica Gonzales aka Lucky. We go in and definitely pre gamed way too hard. It was great to be at the shop again. Shout out to Eric Cervantes for pulling up and choppin it up. Hope you motherfuckers enjoy it!

The Podcast is back at Slick Back Jacks Precision Barbershop. We have the Artist Joe Rodriguez and we pour up and start talking. Also... The Slip In Podcast now has its permanent 2nd host... Mr. Jason Reyes. Its is made official!! Hope you enjoy it!
Pulled up on Mr. Slick Back Jack himself Jason Reyes. Owner of Slick Back Jacks Precision Barbers, 1700 W Polo Rd Suite #112, Grand Prairie, TX 75052, in the Legendary Trailwood in deep South Grand Prairie, Souther then South Grand Prairie HS. The most hood you would get being down that way Independence Tr. still holding it down as the hoodest, yes hoodest, street I ever been apart of. I grew up there and Jason made his name in Trailwood. I promise bc in middle school we would ask eachother as Mexicans, where'd you get your fade at... and that moment in time changed the game of fades, tapers and edge ups for fine haired folks, which was a new thing in the hood bc we never had Barbers who took pride in their fades, tapers or edge ups for us, just Black homies who I was Crippin with would have and brag about their Fades, Tapers and Edge Ups. I knew it was a big deal but never thought Id have to compete with that... until Jason and his generation of Barbers. Changed the entire game for us fine or straight haired folk, to have pride in our hair styles as our Black homies. I learned alot on this Podcast. I Hope you enjoy this podcast as much as i did. I loved it!
The Goat Slips In to CJs Crib. CJ aka Curtis aka Petty Officer Walker. We sit down on the patio sippin whiskey and get into all kinds of conversations. From going to South Grand Prairie High School, going to the Navy, and I learned alot in this episode. We get a little throwed at the end but hey... thats real and thats what this podcast is about. He corrected my mistake in history. Thanks man!! Great time! Hope yall enjoy it!
Bobby Slips In to the Martinez Trap. My Guest hosts are Trill aka Clint Nelson, Ariel Sanchez aka Baby K, and Sash Martinez aka Stitch. This is my first Podcast with more then 2 people and my guests first Podcast ever. Ariel is also the first female guest on the Podcast. We go deep and talk for an hour. This conversation opened up the Podcast to be more diverse in the conversations we have. Its not always jokes. And if you hear banging... we were chopping onions.
