What a time to be a Mum Hi I'm Keren-happuch your host of this is motherhood podcast. I'm a new first time mum, 2 months after having my daughter the world changed. No book, app, no manual could have prepared us for these unprecedented times. With lockdowns and social distancing the new norms the support groups as other mums before us knew them have changed. I have been blessed to have a virtual team of other mums for support. My hope is that whatever phase you are in as a parent or caregiver you find a community and know that whatever you're going through you're not alone on this journey of motherhood. Each week I have amazing guests from experts to everyday superheroes as we share the highs and lows of motherhood.
