"My name is Shani Ashley Francillon and I am a Personal Trainer Certified through the National Council on Strength & Fitness. My journey began at the age of 18 when I realized how much I enjoyed working out but wasn't sure how to delve into the fitness world. I decided to get a Bachelors of Science Degree in Exercise Science at Hofstra University. From there, I was hired by one of the top fitness gyms in the nation, Equinox. In addition to that, I interned with Heather Milton and Harry Pino, Exercise Physiologist, at NYU Hospital in New York City. There I was able to take part in research studies based on different exercises and sports. My mission is to help individuals empower themselves through movement and change in mentality. This year I started the #loveyourshapemvmt to help individuals fall in love with the shape they are in!". Connect with Shani @ https://www.inshapewithshani.com/shop and Inshapewithshani on IG

My name is Tina Mengistu and I am an Ethiopian born, California based Fashion blogger by night and corporate professional by day. Although the idea of starting a blog has been brewing in my mind for quite some time, finding the courage to do it is not something that came as easily as thinking about it. Throughout the years, I’ve struggled with self-doubt, fear of judgment, constant need of validation from others, and just a HUGE lack of self-awareness that held me back from stepping out of my comfort zone and taking a leap of faith to do the things that my heart is calling me to do. As I am slowly learning to get past my fears and challenge myself to constantly step out of my comfort zone, my hope is that I encourage others to do the same. Besides trying to keep up with the latest and greatest fashion trends, in my spare time, I love spending time with my family and friends, trying out new things, cooking, and sometimes doing at home spa days.
